We paid the company 10650 of the 17100 on 8/12 to expand and enclose one of our porches. I routinely asked for status updates and for the plans so that I could get hoa approval. In December I asked for my money back and was denied. At point we compromised to do the back porch instead of the front in which no hoa approval was needed. In February still no work had been started and Shaun the only person in the company that I had contact with asked for another 3000 and said we would be able to start within 2 weeks. Work still has not been started to this day and Shaun is no longer returning phone calls, and the number listed for the company is Shaun's cellular number

All of my contact with EpoxIT was through Shaun Sullivan who I understand is not with them any more. On 10/04/22, I contracted with EpoxIT. Construction LLC to have my driveway done in pavers for $14,270, my pool done in pavers for $11,564 and my roof coated for $7,800 (total $33,633). The contractor, EpoxyIt, asked for 50% down and I wrote two checks for $5,000 each and a Mastercard charge of $8,500 (total $18,500). The only written agreement is an invoice from EpoxIt stipulating “In the event approval cannot be obtained 100% refund will be granted no restocking fees or taxes will apply”. On 11/18/22 he finished the roof coating. At that time he gave me a $1,000 discount. I then paid him another $5,860 by check. 12/21/22 he completed the driveway. On the telephone I gave him my credit card info over the phone and he charged $4,000. He assured me the "We will be done next week. Your job will be done by December 15" I texted him on 1/24/23 and 2/1/23 and since he didn’t answer my texts, I telephoned him on 2/2/23. He stated he is having trouble scheduling his subcontractor, but he would probably get to it in one week. 2/10/23 I again texted him about a definite date and stated that “Its time to bring this matter to a conclusion”. He replied that “he agreed….would reach out to me on Monday or Tuesday”. When he did not get back to me, I texted him that I wished to cancel the remainder of the order. EpoxIT holds a total of $7,270 of my money and no work has been done on the patio. The total price for the patio portion is $11,563. On 2/20/23 I went to the paver supplier to find out if the pavers were there. They told me that were never ordered. I would like my $7,270 returned.

I received a call from EpoxIT per my search on ANGI. I explained the job and sent pictures. I was then asked for a $1500.00 deposit to get on the schedule. I was then asked for a $325.00 permit fee. After several delays sub contractors were sent out to start. They marked off the job with string and did not return because they were never paid. After some research I discovered this company is a fraud and has stolen from other people.

I used Angi's list looking to re-do our driveway. About 20m minutes after putting in my information, I received a call from Shaun Sullivan of Epoxit. Gave us an estimate entered all the information into phone and sent us an invoice. on 11/9/22 on 11//11/22 paid half via CC ($7,000) With estimates of work to be done by December 14th. After going through the holidays and in mid January I contacted Shaun asking for a date to start service. I texted him Jan 9th, Jan 12th (with a reply that he was having internal issues) Jan 17, Jan 18 (with a reply he will work with Joni to get me scheduled) Jan 31st, Feb 1 (turmoil in the company, but June will reach out) This time I also started refund talks. Thursday Feb9th I receive a call of the largo Police department. They are investigating Shaun Sullivan for fraud, as many residents of Pinellas County used Angi's list and contracted with him. I was told he doesn't have a contractors license and a long rap sheet of fraud. Friday Feb 11 I asked for a refund and dispute the charge, which will not be honored. Today Feb 14, I spoke with Pinellas Count Sheriff's office who are coordinating the investigation among multiple Sheriff's offices Detective Rayman is the investigator and case # SO23-48875.

The stamping and the birdcage is not be done. We keep asking when he will do it. But no response at all. We finally talked to him this morning and he told me that there is a new owner , but he can't provide the name of new owner. I filed a police report and there are cases also with this company.

The project was supposed to start on December 12th. It was delayed until December 27th. They started the project on December 27th and still haven't finished. I've communicated with the owner on many occasions and he has not followed through with what he told me that he would do. And the project is still not finished. I payed the owner the balance in full which was a big mistake.

He send someone to gave a estimate for $10,000. We gave him $5000 advance payment. There is an issue installing the flooring. All I want is to get your $1500 back. Pro is making excuses in giving my money back. He is blaming me that I already cash the check. His accusing me for stealing my own money. I won't recommend him to everybody.

The men Shaun hied showed up each day to work on my floors intill the job was completed. They were hard-working men. They were very polite and fun to have around. When I discover a soft spot on my new flooring they returns the next day and repaired it. The new flooring is just beautiful.

Whole process went amazing. From the countless good reviews, I had high expectations, and Shaun/Devon met and exceeded them! From the first chat and quote, Shaun was very understanding and worked well with getting down what we needed. Devon and his guys came out on schedule and did the prep work, even navigating some tough rocks we had from the previous driveway. We wanted some changes made mid-project, and they worked around our schedule to accommodate them! When it came time for the actual pour, we were even more happy with how it turned out. You can really tell how much Devon cares about the work he's doing, and how well managed the entire crew is from Shaun. Can't wait to do more work with you guys!

Do not hire this company! They're not reputable , they don't finish the job , the owner is rude, they wanted so much money upfront and never did the job . They never showed up when they said they'd be. I would rate them a zero.

Excellent work. Was very impressed with the precision and hard work of the crew. They got the job done quick and effortlessly and were great to work with. I will be working in with them again for more projects.

5 stars all the way! We had two separate crews and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect outcome on our travertine pavers and extended concrete driveway! Sean manages to bid the jobs well, easy to work with, keeps on schedule and hires the best people for the job! I can’t wait for another home improvement project just so we can hire Epoxit! The company Epoxit construction is a very reasonable and reliable. The estimate was provided before, telling exact job will be done and the cost. All job was done on time. They have done professional flooring installation and excellent painting. I’m very pleased. I’ll definitely use this company for my next projects. Thank you.

EpoxIT Construction LLC did an excellent job in removing the paint and sealant from my driveway, walkway, and sidewalks.
