Keystone Engineered Flooring is Fox Valley High Performance Flooring Experts. We specialize on quality work for residential and commercial epoxy flooring. With over 25 years of experience we install the highest quality basement and garage floors. Our Craftsmen are local and service the Chicago Western Suburbs. We are safe, focused on quality and have a 100% customer satisfaction. Our process starts with a detailed site survey. We will evaluate the cracks, damage or moisture issues. We utilize Industrial grade materials and "State of the Art Equpment".

I've been interested in garage floor coating, tiles, and such for many years but held off due to cost and concern for success & durability. My wife initiated a search on HomeAdvisor and we learned of Keystone Flooring Systems. From initial contact with Steve Dorando, thru job completion, I've felt that KFS is a world class business. KFS has extensive experience in commercial environments where not only is durability necessary, but also hygiene & cleanliness (food-prep, etc). KFS has done warehouse facilities for internationally known names that you readily recognize. I compared to other products & methods and became convinced that KFS offered a complete package that surpassed everything else and at a price better than everyone else. I called references and discovered customers who had relationships with KFS for 15-20 years or more and who have nothing but the highest praise for KFS. KFS does a great job not only with 1st installations but they also fix problems when the unexpected is encountered (even from previous or subsequent floor system vendors). Steve and his excellent crew evaluated the floor and initial remediation needs thoroughly. During the job Steve was in constant communication with the onsite crew, receiving text & photo data as the work progressed. He kept me informed on every step (even though we were in our condo unit 50 ft. away), by passing along what he was receiving from the onsite crew. Throughout the process from initial contact thru completion I was impressed with the level of quality that I usually can only desire, not receive. They showed up on time, finished early, and gave us an awesome floor. I showed the finished floor to a maintenance provider for our building and he said that it looked like the best he's ever seen. Steve constantly works on maintaining this level of quality with all employees. What more can I say without repeating myself? Go with Keystone Flooring Systems!

Truly professional company with over 20 years of experience in epoxy flooring. They just started in the residential market after servicing the commercial market for 19 years. They showed up when they said they were going to. They communicated if they encountered any delay. Their crew led by Jose, worked like a Swiss watch. Their equipment is state of the art. They even bring their own generators, so they never plug into your power thus avoiding any issues with blown fuses. And the best part? They were 40-50 percent less than the other 3 quotes I received from Home Advisor contractors. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

We do not feel its fair to compare us to a typical garage one day floor. Our equipment is State of the Art, Sika Troweled down 1/4" Urethanes are far superior than a Polyaspartic 20 mil coating or an epoxy. We plan to build our business one quality job at a time. They were on time every dat and even worked through the memorial day holiday to complete the job on time. on time . They also helped me move some of my heavy pieces back in the garage that I could not move myself. They did get some minor sealant spots on my newly painted walls but nothing major that I can fix. We take great pride in our details and we did use blue painters tape to protect the wall. The painter's tape pulled off your existing paint. We do our best but in some cases, the paint does come off. I will ensure we do a better job communicating upfront of the potential risk. We will also investigate the potential different tape. You mentioned several of your neighbors were very impressed with your new project. We do have a referral program for valued customers to be compensated for the kind words.
