Quick and professional for a small job at a reasonable price

I would not recommend Electronic Solutions Inc (EP solutions) for any electrical work. I originally was contacted by Obed through Angie's list job post. He was very polite and seem like a responsible person. He sent me a very reasonable quote of 1250.00 to replace my breaker panel, breakers, and install a transfer switch for generator. I decided to hire him for the job. We scheduled a time and he showed up to work. He worked very hard all day to complete the job. It was probably a little harder job than he thought and took him longer than expected. At the end of the day, he told be that I owed him more than we settled on without any communication that the cost was changing. After a few words, he accepted the price he quoted. I had to call him back the next day because one of the circuits was not reconnected. He came back a few days later to fix that issue. I then started to re-label my circuits and noticed that they were not connected like they were. Again I had to call him back. After a few days he came back and corrected that issue. A few weeks later, I had a need to use the transfer switch. I flipped the switch and nothing worked. I then flipped the switch back and nothing worked. Obed did not respond to text or calls that day, so I had to hire another company to come look at the issue at a cost of 225.00. The transfer switch did not work properly and the company had to manually flip the transfer switch to make a connection and restore power to my house. Since then I have been trying to get Obed back to fix the transfer switch. He as hung up on me and been non responsive to text or calls. A few times he did respond and schedule times to come work on the issue, but he has not showed up for any of those appointments. He seems to be completely ignoring my attempts to contact him at this point. While he seems like a very nice person, he doesn't seem to stand behind his work when things don't go well.

I added an addition to my home and contracted Electrical Solutions to do the electrical work. He added an additional breaker box and wiring for an additional air conditioning unit and wiring for lights outlets and ceiling fans The work was excellent. He is very particular and insured everything was perfect He also was extremely neat and completely cleaned up when finished I recommend him without any reservations

Obed and his wife Soraya did fantastic work. They worked so hard to make sure the work was done correctly for example going to home depot to get the proper dimmers when the ones I had purchased didn't work well. They stayed a lot longer than I think they quoted me for because the work presented some challenges they didn't expect and they still charged me what we had agreed upon. I would highly recommend Obed as he is fair and transparent and they are committed to getting work done right. Also he was the first of angies list companies to call me and come out to give a quote and he was easy to stay in contact with prior to the actual visit as well.

I brought the damage to this company's attention and he replied, "The damage of the appliances is the Homeowner's responsibility". Therefore, he would not pay for the damaged appliances.

Obed was on time, professional, and affordable. Overall could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend him for all your electrical needs. I've already hired him twice!

Obed Figueroa of EP Solutions quickly finished the outdoor lighting work that we agreed upon with a minimum of interruptions and within the two-day schedule allotted. I would not hesitate to use him again and do plan on contacting him for future projects. His rates are very reasonable and he will give you exactly what you asked for or quickly adjust to any changes that are requested.

He was very easy to deal with and communicated with me throughout the process. On the day of installation he arrived timely and quickly completed the work. The work was very fairly priced. He did exactly everything I asked for

Our handy man messed up the wiring that was connected to the junction box, he also explained everything so well to let me have a better understanding of how wires should be and what not to use when wiring for each room. He went above and beyond and I would definitely hire him again. Mr obed is an amazing electrician. Thank you again for you’re amazing service
