All 5 guys, Beau, Elijah, Joey, Raymond, And Chasten were eager to do the job right, and do it quickly. They were all positive, upbeat, and were ready to work with positive attitutudes. I was dreading this part of the move, but they made it quick and fun.

Received estimate for 2 movers and box truck for under $500. Actually, there were three guys, but I wasn't charged more. Move was completed in 2.5 hours, one-half hour ahead of time. I had done most of the packing myself and afterwards, couldn't find a few, small things. I might have misplaced them or they might have fallen somewhere. I had used this company before and they were willing to take some items to Goodwill or needy people, and I received a receipt from Goodwill.

Fantastic. I had a 3 stage move that required donations to Goodwill, putting things into storage then moving the remaining items to a location undergoing remodeling. EP Transport handled everything very professionally and efficient despite a few hiccups on my part. Very reliable. Mahalo.

When the movers arrived, they were very friendly and looked ready to start loading. Beau and his crew worked very well as a team. They were organized. But before they arrived, I was asked to give an inventory so they could determine how much space was needed. Luckily, I was organized and lined up my boxes, bags, TVs, etc. in the living room and garage which made it easier to pick up and load the truck. The guys moved fast and even added extra padding protection to the TVs. I didn’t expect that, but at that point I could tell they really cared about their customers and really went beyond the call. There was extra room in the truck and they even asked if I wanted to have anything else moved. At my new destination, they brought everything up and asked which room each item goes in. Hey, they really lined everything up nicely and all my items arrived in the same condition. When the last item was unloaded, I looked at my timer and wow everything was completed in about 2 hours. How awesome is that, from their office in Kapolei to my old home and to town. I had to brag to my friends that my movers were better than theirs. I would definitely call them again and recommend to anyone if they need moving services. EP Transport has Hard working Employees who Cares about their customers. Bo and his team did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and treated our valuable items with the utmost care. They made sure everything was properly protected in the shipping container. We would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Excellent. From the start, Beau was available and helpful. He was very kind and genuine. The logistics were a little more complicated than expected, and he was very flexible and willing to help. I had to work the day of move in, and I trusted he would take care of everything even if I couldn't be there, and knew he and his time respectful to my family and my belongings. He was very helpful, after a weary journey of moving. Very much appreciated. I would hire him again, I would recommend him and his team to my friends and family. Arrived 30 minutes early with the scheduled crews. As the day goes they brought in 3 more crew members to expedite the move. Everything went well, Handi repair crew was able to repair minor dents and scratches on the wall. Great moving service. Thanks for doing more than the original inventory quote.

It went as according to plan and smooth. The EP team met me a few days prior to have a plan and they executed it. They were professional and made the stress of moving as smooth as possible. We would not hesitate to hire again or refer to friends and family.
