Sadly our builder paid him in full. His work is already crumbling after just 8 weeks. All phone numbers and addressed are dead ends.

He has never came back to replace the square plantar. He was not suppose to even tear it out. I have tried to call him repeatedly with no response.

"Mrs [Member Name Removed] she nice elder lady, I give her price for taking out driveway & sideway. She show me that water getting in garage, she had couple contract did the work put they take her money and water stillcoming in garage, I tell her I can fit the problem , I can do it free I fit the problem no water coming in garage but I take out 10 brick out and spray the wall in her flower bed at the time working for her, my mom pass away I tell her that she understand then two weeks her sister pass to, but the job was free job I call couples time let her know but i alway do a lot of free jobs when smethink small thank you and god bless"

Excellent! Mr. Ramsey arrived with his crew as promised, removed the old driveway and leveled the grade. He then set in the forms and made sure that I was happy with the design, which was much better than the straight lined boxy driveway I had. He pushed the new concrete pad further back, added some curves, and then really pulled it together with the sidewalk! Everyone who came by raved at how beautiful the job turned out, and how much it improved the curb appeal of my home!

Overall, Ramsey did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He is very experienced, professional, conscientious, courteous and competent. The quality of his work and attention to detail was A+. He really stresses customer satisfaction, and did not want any payment until after the job was completed. The start-date of the project was delayed a while due to some understandable scheduling conflicts caused by rain delays, but once he was on site, everything proceeded smoothly with no interruptions. On top of all of that, he is just a nice guy who takes pride in his work.... a real pleasure to do business with and he comes highly recommended. <br />
