He was great! Showed up on time, di great work and explained what he was doing and why. I will definitely use him again!

Called and set up a time to get my chimney inspected and cleaned, the guy never showed, and when I reached out to him he said he would call back to reschedule. Now a week later still haven?t heard back.

Very disapointed in this service. I was overcharged. First quote was $99.00 for an inspection and cleaning. I received no inspection because they never went on top of the roof. I asked if he cleaned to the chimney he said he did. He cleaned it by running a brush from the inside. I was not sure he did it right because he did used a smaller brush after I gave him the one my husband used to clean the chimney with from the top. I contacted them back to show him a photo my neighbor took and said the chimney cap needs to be replaced. He offered some kind of chimney cleaner for $174.00. I looked it up and that cost was for a large bucket not just a small jar. He came back and offered to put the chimney cap on for $400.00. When I looked it up the cap would of only been $200.00.put the cap on and told me the chimney was not cleaned and had a fire in it So I will be asking for a refund. If this guy is honest he will refund my money because the job was not completed. No inspection No clean

He and his team were personable polite and he was clearly very skilled Fixed all the problems with a 80+ double chimney that had been deferred maintenance when we bought the house. So pleased with his work that we had him go do some repairs on my mother’s brick porch. He is also a good communicator and gives great customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again

Fast and friendly service. I needed my deck repaired, and they did a beautiful job. Mr. Lavalle pressure washed my home exterior and put in new outside lighting, and trimmed the bushes in front of my house. I'm having more work done in August, and E R Chimney Sweeps will be doing that, too. Not only does my deck look beautiful, but I was charged a very low price.

Rodney was quick to respond to the request. He and Michael looked at the deck problem and explained what they would do to repair it. They provided an estimate and let me know when they could begin work. They showed up, when promised, and completed the repair in spite of heavy rain for much of the day. Great workers; they know what they’ve re doing.

They were outstanding, did a very good work.
