Very friendly and helpful

I am complaining big time about this company and the installation has not even been done yet. I needed fence installed and contacted Home Depot and they gave me Ergeon-I spoke to Julio and received the estimate. I was waiting for the insurance check and decided to use my Home depot charge--no problem so far. The came in trying to contact the company to get my installation date. I called their number and received a message saying the person handling my acct was not available--they are never available-i was given excuses as they were off, they were on maternity leave, then they were off again and the person handling her stuff was on lunch break. I was told that I would receive a call back from them 3 times and still have not received a call back from anyone. All needed to know was the installation date and every customer svc person I spoke too I got the same run around and no call back.

They got it done quickly and efficiently despite some bad information on panel size. Took a minute to get all the material on site but once it arrived, they knocked it out. The finished product looks amazing. I would use them again.

Katherine is "on point". She is very responsive and always got right back to me with any questions or inquiries. (I'm slower than her!) She's a great communicator and always sounds like she really wants to help you. We weren't all that easy to deal with, as we got quotes for a fence replacement, but ended up with a repair, due to a medical situation that came up late in our process. Even at that, she was very responsive, and got us all set for the upcoming "repair' that will give us a few years and then we will call Ergeon and hope she answers the phone! She's a "keeper".

It all started out good. They did a great job putting the steal post in. The gate is good but as it is stated in the contract we wanted 2 drop rods because it gets very windy here and it was important to us. They only put in one and it wasn't very deep in concrete. We complained and the guy came out slapped on the drop rod (not even with the other) but forgot his concrete drill and said he would be back. He never came back. We have texted and called many times. They are ignoring us. We haven't paid as we are waiting for them to finish the job. NO COMMUNICATION! Very disappointed. We just want the job done so we can pay and be done with this. Or they can give us 100 off the bill and we will go rent a concrete drill and try to finish their work.

Ergeon did the consultation, but a sub contractor did the installation. Mine was installed by SPR Landscaping in Fremont. Work: Install picket fence around front yard, install wooden gate with metal frame for driveway. Demolish and haul away old gate. Communication - 4/5 They were responsive and answered any questions I had. There was an instance where they didn?t get back to me until the next day, but they addressed my concerns when they did. Timeliness - 4/5 Besides the initial walkthrough and a follow-up visit, the crew arrived on time. Quality of work - 3/5 The picket fence looks great. There were a couple of gaps where the horizontal rails met the posts which they fixed with wood filler. There were some over pour of concrete on my already paved walkway which I cleaned up after they left. Some of the welds could have been done better but the installer assured me they are strong. Overall, friendly people to work with.

Ergeon contacted and they suggested a time to meet and I drove out to the job site and waited 20 minutes and they weren't available. Probably not work trusting if they make an appointment tank cant keep it.

The installation process was amazing. We walked the site, which involved two different types of fencing and several gates. The installer understood my concerns and he asked questions. Best of all, they were done in just a few hours! Highly recommended!

The crew did a very good job. only thing is small border on the gate as it isn't finished like fence and leaves too big a gap on the bottom. The price was great they worked fast and were very efficient. I have already told my friends that are thinking of replacing their fence to give them a call.4.9 stars is my offical rating.
