The job remains incomplete. The tile was installed, however, he failed to place trim so the uneven cuts are very visible. It looks like a DIY project, definitely not professionally done. The shower floor was part of the job but he refused to finish unless I pay him to redo the entire shower at a cost of $3800. Lastly, I've requested numerous times for the leftover tile to be returned which he also failed to do. This project/company deserves zero stars and I would like to request a partial refund

Eduardo and his team were great! They were courteous, patient, and made my idea come to life. My kitchen went from bland and boring, with no back splash, to a wow factor as soon as you enter the house. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done, they even swept the floor! If I had more tile to install, I'd contact these guys first.
