didnt go as smoothly as planned. I think installation appeared on video easier than it actually was.. instructions that came with the rack were horrible at best. took much longer than thought. Erik was a real standup guy and saw it through to the end.

I contacted Erik to repair a small piece of drywall and he got back to me within a few hours. I sent him a picture of what needed to be repaired (drywall) and we agreed on time and price. Great communication and very happy with his work. Would use his services again when needed.
