Erin is fantastic!!! I have 6 small dogs who shed and my house was overdue for a deep cleaning. Over the weekend she watched over my fur babies who absolutely loved her!!! And I came home to a fresh smelling spotless house!!! She is wonderful and very reasonably priced!!! I highly recommend her and will definitely be calling her again!!!

Erin has cleaned our family home regularly for more than a year, and we are thrilled. She is dependable, thorough, trustworthy, and very detail-oriented. We love the way the house looks and feels after she has worked her magic. She does extra things every week that other housecleaners often overlook, and she always asks for feedback on what else needs to be done. We are so comfortable having her in our home that we had her stay for 11 days and watch our house and pets while we were on vacation. I have already recommended her to several people and would do so again!

We have used Erin a number of times over the past year and a half, primarily for house cleaning as well as a check-ins for our cats while we are out of town (feeding and litter box cleaning). We will continue to use her services in the future. She is incredibly responsive and while she is busy she can usually fit us into her schedule within a week or so of our desired date. When we know specific dates we let her know early so we can get her scheduled.

Our dogs are our babies, and we trusted Erin enough to take care of them. Instead of putting our fur babies into a "pet hotel," we chose to hire her. She did a fantastic job, and it allowed us to keep our dogs in their own environment, where they are completely comfortable. We were not worried at all about having Erin take care of them; she works for us in other tasks and so we quickly saw how our dogs took to her and liked her. Dogs know when people are good, and they really like her.

Erin is great at organizing projects. She can see the best way for many items to be stored. She'll even pick up the containers/storage boxes for you if you need! Our living area looks about 2x the size it did before she organized it. I also really appreciate that she made the organization simple to keep up---things are put in places that make sense and that work for our family.

Erin is the best! She's patient and efficient. She's great at adjusting what she does around the kids' schedules---she'll avoid an area if they are sleeping, or hurry to do their room if it's almost naptime. She's great at seeing what needs to be done in terms of larger cleaning projects, but she always asks before doing something out of the ordinary. She's flexible and easy to work with. She's responsive to texts and she's reliable. I am so happy we found her.

Erin was amazing at helping me organize my son's toys and the basement area where he plays. She's unbelievably detailed and organized in her thinking. She knows exactly where to start and how to go about making the best use of the space. More importantly, she's very friendly and trustworthy. Her work skills and people skills make her an amazing person to have around, helping organize what can sometimes be an overwhelming project. So much got done in such a short amount of time!

Erin does an outstanding job cleaning our home. There is no better feeling than coming home after Erin has cleaned our house.

Erin does housecleaning for my elderly in-laws. They are extremely pleased with her. She makes them feel very comfortable and she does excellent work! She goes above and beyond to be sure everything is to their 100% satisfaction. I'm so happy I found her on Angie's list. If I didn't move to the other side of Pittsburgh, I'd use her services in a heartbeat!

Erin is WONDERFUL. She’s organized, efficient and cleans like no one I’ve encountered. She’s thorough and knows what she’s doing. Also, Erin isn’t reluctant to go beyond what a normal cleaning service entails. She’s personable and reliable. I simply adore her and don’t know what I’d do without her.

Erin did a fine job the first time she showed up. On the second scheduled cleaning, she rescheduled, but failed to show up. When I contacted her she gave some excuse about breaking up with her boyfriend.

I found Erin on Angie’s List looking for someone to clean my in-laws house, who are in their 90’s. Erin did not want to waste their money and they decided on once-a-month schedule. Erin is very professional, trustworthy, nice, and honest. She’s extremely hard working and thorough, and even returned the next day to finish cleaning their shower stall. After Erin was done with it, my in-laws said that it looked brand new! My in-laws feel very comfortable with her and are extremely pleased with her work. Erin is a godsend and she’s the best you will find in this service.

Erin came for a deep clean of our house and to start regularly coming by. She's nice, very professional, very hardworking, thorough, fair, flexible, good communication, etc. Extremely happy to continue to work with her. We'd been very nervous about the whole process of having someone come into clean, and she made it about as easy as possible.

Erin is wonderful! She does a amazing and thorough job cleaning our home. Our family loves coming home when she cleans because the house looks and smells fantastic. She is also very honest, dependable, and punctual with her schedule. She is very detail oriented in her cleaning, leaving anything she touches with a sparkle or a shine. Her services have allowed us to spend more time with our son and our two dogs instead of cleaning. We highly recommend her!

Erin is great. Spends the time to do it right, and is great about special instructions. My dogs love her too. She has never cancelled and lets me know ahead of time if she needs to change the day or time.

Erin came and evaluated the house and let us know what it would cost and how much work was required. Since my mom is wheelchair bound and does not do a lot in the house, there was no need to clean it every other week. She did not want to waste my moms money and we all agreed on a three week schedule. This made my mom happy. Erin is very professional and willingly does anything that my mom wants done with the house, from regular cleaning to sweeping porch floors, windows, etc. She is very friendly and very kind to my mom.... I highly recommend her!

Amazing. Erin made it to the house before I did! She went over all the details of what she was going to do in the house and clearly explained all of the extra costs associated with specific additional requests, i.e., extra if the oven is really dirty or if the fridge is a mess etc. She put on her tunes in her earbuds and went to work instantly. She is very friendly and very professional. I paid an extra 50 dollars because she came on a Sunday which wasn't as big deal because I had to get the house cleaned asap. All in all an excellent experience. For a woman who works alone she absolutely killed it! She advertises a certain dollar amount for 5 hours worth of cleaning but the house didn't need 5 hours so she was honest about prorating her time spent rather than actually spending 5 hours in the house and charging me for it. Everything smelled clean when she was done and I knew it was money well spent. Highly recommend!

It went perfectly. I had never used a cleaning service before so I was a little skeptical of the whole process. I reached out through Angie's List, and Erin was super fast in responding. We set up a time for Erin to come out and size up the job and give details on her services and pricing. Erin was very easy to work with, first through Angie's List and now via text. When she did the initial house scrubbing, I was amazed how clean my house could be! Things were absolutely gleaming, including items that I would have never thought to clean. I was so impressed and enjoyed the clean house so much that I hired Erin to come back for regular cleanings. The cost of service I list is for the three hour periodic cleaning.
