We wanted our old fiberglass shower stall in our master bathroom replaced with new tiles on the shower floor and shower walls. Ethan did an excellent job and we're more than happy with the result. He was always punctual and courteous. He kept the work area neat and organized and very respectful of the other areas of our home. The work was done on time as scheduled and within the estimated budget. It was great working with him and I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a hard-working professional who does an excellent job.

ER Renovation did a PHENOMONAL job on our full kitchen remodel. The owner, Ethan, was beyond pleasant to work with. First off his skills are second to none, the man really does amazing work. For the work he subcontracted out that was all done beyond our expectations and Ethan was involved with those steps as well. Ethan even made suggestions for things like lighting that I didn't even consider in my original plans and the suggestions he made were all PERFECT. Ethan kept in touch every step of the way when information was necessary, he did so via text, e-mail and by phone, and in cases where necessary even sent pictures so I had a visual of what was being discussed. He promptly responded to any questions I may have had in a very timely manner and was always professional and beyond courteous. One of the best parts about the whole project is that ER Renovations price came in at much less than the other competitors I took bids from, in one case, $20,000 less (I won't name names, but that company is well known in Salem and they take advantage of people's needs so be cautious). I ABSOLUTELY recommend ER Renovation and Ethan for any remodeling project or other type of home projects needed. My wife and I could not be happier, our very old and dilapidated kitchen has been transformed into a beautiful 21st century kitchen that adds to the overall whole house looking nicer. If you have home remodel/repair needs, look no further than ER Renovation, you and your wallet will be so glad you did. We were very pleased with ER Renovations. We hired him because he was very responsive to questions and provided the most detailed estimate. We asked for and received an estimated schedule so we knew when to expect contractors, who they would be and what they would be doing. Our remodel touched most areas of the house and included a complete gut and rebuild of the kitchen and master bath. The owner, Ethan, took great pride in producing a high quality product. He had the drywall installers come back twice because he wasn't satisfied with the quality of their work in one area. He was very efficient in moving the work along on schedule. No unpleasant surprises. We would gladly recommend him to family and friends.

Ethan and his team did an excellent job with our bathroom remodel. He provided clear expectations for the work and helped walk us through the process of assembling all the components for our new bathroom. What I most appreciated from Ethan in this process was the proactive communication about when we should expect each team member at our house and his frequent presence and oversight of their work. Ethan also did a nice job keeping track of any changes that impacted cost and both informing and obtaining approval before proceeding with those changes. The final product of the work is a beautiful bathroom at a reasonable price. I highly recommend ER Renovation and will be calling Ethan again when it is time to tackle the next project.

We worked with Ethan on a 2 month renovation project. He gave us a quote, stuck to our budget and got the job done on time. He is also very easy to communicate with, which I really appreciate. It was great! He was on time, friendly, polite and didn't track dirt all in the house! He was thorough and took pictures of problem areas so I could see what he was talking about. I knew he was right and not trying to scam me because he provided pictures of the house. The best part was the thermal imaging pictures! We new our water heater was old but he showed us it had been leaking and was wicking up the walls and across the floor! No home inspection is complete without thermal imaging, you just can't see behind walls.

Ethan is very professional.  He does what we agreed on and it turned out beautiful.

Provider installed solid wood floors in 1920's farm house. He dealt with uneven floors and rooms that weren't exactly square as well as a built in porch that has a slight slope. He was punctual and prompt with his original service dates as well as daily when the work was being done. The room transitions and trim are very nicely done. He kept the house clean while working though he had to go in and out cutting pieces many times per day.  <br /> <br /> Did the tiling on custom built shower. Recommended tile supplier who was helpful in the choice of tile sizes and patterns. The shower has two built in storage shelves as well as a corner seat. All of the seams are fit together nicely and evenly.
