Nelson, principal, was communicative, provided a thorough proposal, and followed up on all my requests for additional information in a timely manner. After seeking several estimates from other vendors, communication with Nelson was refreshing and appreciated. The workers were prompt, respectful, friendly, and clean. They always informed me in advance when they would be done for the day and picked up the messes at the end of each day. The prep work (pressure wash, scraping old paint, sanding rough patches, and sealing cracks) was complete and surpassed my expectations. The finished project is a dream, and I'm definitely not an "easy" person to please as I expect the best. I highly recommend Escobar Painting without hesitation.

Nelson and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. Nelson is Very responsive, efficient and knows how to manage his schedule. He responds to texts and phone calls. We had a simple job of repainting a small bathroom and repairing some peeling paint, which was done over 2 half days. He was careful, neat, and everything was cleaned up beautifully. We appreciated his willingness to do a small job and will engage him again for more work.
