Stucco Issue Repairs $35,000 Do NOT use this contractor. I had hired Mr. Swadlow to repair stucco issues on my home prior to putting it up on the market. At that time he was using the company name MBT Contractor Services. My realtor and I met with Mr. Swadlows sub contractor, Rich Wilson and went over the stucco inspection report from which they were to work off of. We were assured everything would be done and done properly. I paid Mr. Swadlow $35,000 to have this work done. Once my house was sold the buyers asked to have the stucco re-inspected. I had no problem with that as I had just had the work done. The same inspector that did the inspection prior to the work being done was the one that came out to re-inspect. He could not believe what he saw and more importantly what he did not see. The back of my house was NEVER worked on it was only painted and the repairs they did do were done so poorly that the stucco readings came back worse. I wound up having to pay another contractor $44,000 to redo the work that was done and to do the work that I had paid Mr Swadlow for that was never done. I reached out to Mr. Swadlow on many occasions with all the proof. I even sent him pictures after the new contractor started showing him the rot wood that was never repaired by his company. He told me to go ahead and sue him. The problem with that is that he already has 11 liens and judgements against him. I tried appealing to his better judgement to make restitution to me, but he turned a blind eye. He also had shut down the company MBT that I had contracted with and was now going under the name ES contractor Services. He tends to shut down companies and reopen under another name. He even has a picture of my house posted on here which I never authorized and more importantly he is advertising work he never did. He is a fraud and a crook. STAY AWAY!

The quality of the work was excellent, stucco repair and painting of the entire home. The entire crew was pleasant, they listened to me and explained what and why they were doing what they did. The contractor stayed in contact the whole time. Once the did an assessment of the work, they picked a date when the weather was going to be dry and came out and completed the work. It rained Friday on the scheduled date and they came first thing Sunday morning. Over all, they fixed the main issue and I was satisfied.
