Mr. Samudio was hired to complete work and repair the dryer which was not working. I was told that we needed the vent cleaning - because that was complicating the process of having the clothes dried. We did do so, however, afterward, the clothes were not drying. I had to call him back, and Mr. Samudio came and we just heard loud slams on the dryer and he made a mess and said that there was a problem with electricity. Unfortunately, money was lost - almost three hundred dollars for nothing. Had another technician come and look at the dryer notified us of the problem which was a switch on the dryer! (PS: The washer was working fine only the dryer was having this issue, so we kind of knew that mr. Samudio did not know anything of this). I think Mr. Samudio knows of some issues to resolve - but not EVERY COMPLICATED ISSUE. Note: we contacted him back because money was lost, and my husband had covid- so we were not working. Very tragic of people like him. Hire someone else for complicated work!!!

PLEASE IGNORE PREVIOUS REVIEW WITH F RATING! While my original review was accurate, the day after posting it the contractor DID contact me and apologized profusely for not calling or showing. His explanation was plausible and he did offer to waive his call charge and could come out that day. He was a little late but did call and advise so. He did identified the issue quickly and stated a part needed to be ordered. Waiting for call that the part has arrived and will update further (if possible) once repairs are completed.

Had called a different service first and instinct told me not to have them come out to analyze the situation with our refrigerator. Next step; checked reviews for other companies. Called E’s General Worx and spoke with Josue who was able to come out the same day. He was able to repair our fridge. Professional, knowledgeable, and great personality. Definitely keeping his number should we need for appliance repairs in the future. I usually do not write reviews but honestly, Josue is exceptional and someone I can highly recommend!

Mr. Samudio was prompt in calling for initial contact and all follow ups. He was prompt in arriving for the work to be done. He was very thoughtful in his description of what the repair would entail and showed me the hardware issues. He also was considerate of my availability and working with me to make the repair happen the same day. I would hire him again for additional work.

Josh was friendly, professional and prompt! After calling two other companies and being told they wouldn’t be able to service the dryer for 5 days I found Josh on Angies list and he was able to come the same day within 3 hours. He showed up right on time, completed the work same day and even if identified a part that was cracked but hadn’t broken to avoid a future call and gave us some great advice on maintenance etc. He completed the work quickly, cleaned up nicely and guaranteed his work. Would definitely recommend him and hire in the future if we had another appliance need!
