"This review from a project 3 years ago is unfortunate and only partially true. I initially declined this work due to it being well out of our service area (Coshocton +90 miles and a 2 hour drive), however [Member Name Removed]was a good customer and other contractors had given her pricing that was criminally high. I relented and did the work for her on the condition that it I would be unable to provide service for the installation due to the distance and the work being well out of our service area. When a service issue occured a few years later [Member Name Removed]called another service company, as she was aware the work being out of my service area, the contractor explained that the compressor had failed due to an overlaod at the electrical panel or possibly a nearby lightning strike. I spoke directly with the technician to arrange a possible warranty on the compressor, and went so far as to have a new compressor sent directly to the contractor that [Member Name Removed]hired to do the work. [Member Name Removed]was not happy with the labor charges the contractor was charging her, that is when she called me demanding I perform this service a not charge."
