The Estes Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all questions and follow up on all open items. Did a solid job.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and Stacy came out within a few short hours. He quickly ascertained we had a septic problem and referred us to someone who could handle septic. Once the septic was resolved Stacy came back out, again very promptly, and cleared the inside problem. His prices were more than fair and he was wonderful to work with.

I have my hot water heater replaced with excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. The price was excellent comparing to others licensed plumbers quotes. The hot water heater system that was installed was a Rheem but I did have other choices. Also, it was not a Big Box store model, it was a higher end model of Rheem. I have used Estes Pro Plumbing three times in the past six months. Once to repair two leaking pipes joints in the basement. The second time is to replace a pressure valve regulator in the basement. As of all these three projects, they all had the same craftsmanship and professionalism and great prices by Stacey Estes the licensed plumber. I write this review because IMO good services at good prices should be recognized.

It went into my basement, everything went well in a timely manner they were professional and I would highly recommend them.

I was able to make an appt fairly quickly, with the plumber giving me an appt within a week of my call. The appt was for 9am to 10am, however the plumber didn't show up until 10:15am. After assessing the problem, i was told he would have to replace the damaged section plus additional pipe on either side and a quote of $325 was given. The explanation given for the high cost was that he was unable to replace the broken section with like materials and would have to cut out more to be able to replace with the materials he was used to working with. I did pay a service call fee of $65 I called elsewhere for another estimate from someone who had the proper tools to work with my plumbing and was able to get the work done for less than $100.

Estes Pro Plumbing did a great job. Quickly, he only did the work necessary for a good price. I didn't need a new garbage disposal just a good cleaning. I had to text and call him a few times with questions before he arrived and he was very responsive. I will be using Estes again for other plumbing work.

Friendly, professional, hard working

Didnt have me on his schedule for the day of my appointment, soon as I called he apologize and arrived 20 min later. He fixed our leak in no time, I thought the quote was pricey but he did a good job.

The first visit went extremely well. I was very pleased with the service. The second visit went a little rough. The employee was on time, but it took quite a while for him to complete the job, and there were scratches on the counter when he was finished. The sink doesn't leak, but I feel the technician was a little inexperienced.

The work done was beyond reproach. However, it was rather pricey. I would look around before hiring them

I called but mailbox was full. But Stacy called me right back and scheduled appointment for the next day. The next day he called and rearranged the time for the same day, but that was fine with me. He arrived as discussed and gave me a quote. I thought it was a tad bit higher than what I expected to be average, but since then I've researched and his price was actually very good. He turned off the water and gas, trained the tank, replaced the valve. He even tightened the pipes under my bathroom sink (was leaking also).

Very nice man. Did great work.

He was good, just hard to schedule.  He did a good job.  It ended up taking like a month to make it happen.  I wasn't in a rush and they job he did was perfectly good.  He's a solid "B" overall.  That's mostly just because it took him awhile to get here.

Stacey was very professional and spent time checking everything. He arrived on time and let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. It turned out there was no leak inside the house which is good.

That was good. It was a very, very simple thing. He just came in and turned it on. He was only here for five minutes. He just came and did the thing. The price was definitely good. I did have to follow up on what time when I scheduled the appointment.

I got tired of them trying to sell me something I did not need every time they came out. So, I switched to another company.
