Everything went just fine. The handle had broken off of my toilet and rather than just replacing the handle on an already old and dated toilet, we decided to just install a whole new one.

Everything went smoothly. We had no issues with the project. There was only one small bump in the road which was; When the old floor was removed, they uncovered some rotten wood underneath. Justin spoke with me before repairing it and let me know the coat ahead of time rather than just moving forward and padding the bill. He even met with me at the store and helped me pick out the tile that I needed!

Josh from E&T Builders finally returned to finish up on the job he had started two weeks ago. His crew worked for a few hours then he said he was finished and asked how is it. I noted that caulking wasn't finished and the down spouts were not buried as promised. Josh said he would be back the next day to finish up. He was a no show, but did send a text claiming trouble with his truck (3rd time). Two days later Brad who just joined the crew added a coat of paint and caulked, and asked if all was okay. I noted that the downspouts were not buried, and the debri was not hauled away as promised. Brad said someone would be back to take care of this, but after having a carpenter inspect their work it has come to my attention that numerous rotten boards were covered with caulk, and the plywood which was already paid for was not installed. I'm cutting my losses with them and having work redone. Word of caution to anyone who hires E&T Builders; they do not have reliable transportation or a steady crew and also operate under the name Yost Construction.

"We are sorry that you seem to have had such a negative experience with us. I feel as though I must note a few things however. First, there is no one who works for us named Josh. Secondly, we reached out to you on the final day to ask if you were satisfied with the finished product and got no response. It was reiterated many times that any and all work was guaranteed and would be up to your satisfaction before leaving. (All of these messages are still saved) The work was inspected by you in front of me (the owner) on the next to last day and the only thing that you claimed to need finished was the caulking. As promised, the next day that was finished as well. There are photos of your home on my profile that I took on the same day that you inspected it and gave me a thumbs up. It was only after my crew finished and left, (2 days later) that you decided to respond to my message with unfounded claims that were never made while anyone was there. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication that occurred and wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors."

These guys were all very professional and approachable. All of my concerns were taken seriously and handled accordingly. Justin made me feel at ease with the project as i was worried about it interfering with my daily life inside the home. He made sure that it was done quickly and kept the house extremely clean. Patched a couple small holes in the wall and put new shingles on the older section of my home. I will be calling them to re do my bathroom this winter!

At first Justin was reliable. Then the first door was installed improperly. I had to ask for refund to get him out to start second. Nothing has been finished, not even the deck. I have given ample time and chance to rectify.

I feel that I must note that the picture you included is of a properly installed door which was a change from the initial agreed upon door (the price remained the same) and the siding work needed for around the door was something that you wanted to do on your own. It is extremely difficult for us to complete a project when we have very strict time limitations on when we are allowed on the property. Starting work at 4pm or later is not a work schedule that we typically deal with or are accustomed to. Lastly, I would like to note that countless times we worked well into the night and on multiple weekends to accomplish your goals. Again, we do apologize for any inconveniences that you may have incurred throughout this process and we sincerely wish you the best of luck. Thank you for your review."

A lot of shingles were blown off from our roof and they came and fixed the shingles for us.
