Tommy and his crew just finished the complete remodeling of our new home. The work took several months and during this time they remodeled each space including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, entry etc… Tommy started with the 3D design and after we agreed on that phase, he came up with execution plan including the prices. The work was managed by him daily and according to the schedule that he planned for us. We were informed on each and every step of the work while Tommy made sure that the price will remain within the agreed budget. We really love the new remodeling and our home got a brand new look. We highly recommend Tommy and each one of his crew for any remodeling project.

We were looking for estimates for a room addition several months ago when we came across ET Builders. We already had a few estimates but decided we needed one more. They sent Tommy, one of the project managers, to give us an estimate, and he explained things better than other company we had looked at.  We went with ET Builders for our project and glad we did. They helped with financing and helped with questions we had. The room addition isn’t finished yet but so far it’s been going great. The workers clean up as much as they can every day when they go home. If we have questions Tommy is always a phone call away to answer them and if he doesn’t have the answer he calls back as soon as he does. So far I would highly recommend this company for any project you need. They are very professional and have great customer service.

Tommy at ET Builders was our project manager at our home. Tommy was so professional and very detailed. He made this construction job an absolute delight! As far as the work itself, they could move my job up an entire week! Which meant I got my project done a week early. When does that happen? The guys were great, and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything so nicely. Spotless!!! The job was done beautifully and I simply love it! Now I can have parties and entertainment in my backyard. I highly recommend ET Builders!!!

Tommy and all the guys from ET Builders are the best! We interviewed over 4 contractors, and it wasn’t even close. After we meet with Tommy at our house, he immediately made the perfect impression on us and our decision stage become so easy to take. He could give us an accurate, fair estimate right on the spot, and we really felt like he understood what we were looking for in our kitchen remodel. Once the remodel began, he and the boys were always timely and stayed right on schedule, and they were really helpful in guiding us along the decision-making process. They cleaned up before leaving every day so we would have our house back in the evenings, and we really appreciated the fact that they cared enough to do that. The remodel was completed easily within the time frame that was given, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. We love our new kitchen...it completely transformed our house into a place that we love to be and feel proud to entertain in now. I would highly recommend Tommy and ET Builders to anyone.

We hired Tommy, the contractor for ADU Garage Conversion. We went with him and his team on such a large remodeling project because he is ‘the’ specialist in that area. They also gave me very competitive price. Tommy and his team were a real pleasure to work with. Tommy and the team that worked at our house were always on time, respectful, disciplined and responsible. The project was finished ahead of the promised schedule and outcome is great. I contacted ET Builders to help with my garage conversion. I wanted to build a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. I was working with Tommy, the project supervisor. He was great. I had a lot of questions and he answered each question. He was very patient and professional. They helped with the architectural drawings and getting the needed permits from the city. Also, there was a DWP easement on my property and they worked with DWP to get that approval. I would very much recommend ET Builders for any remodeling/construction job you may have. These guys are straightforward and wonderful to work with!

We started our remodeling project with our bathroom, and it went much better than we expected so we decided to do more remodeling projects (now that we have more free time). Tommy helped us select all the materials and fixtures that we needed for the first remodeling and his workers worked every day and they completed the project on time. The remodeling job went so well that we had them do the other bathrooms, kitchen and front landscape. Tommy, and the rest of the team did a very professional job and we are very pleased with the results. We do recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project.

Tommy at ET Builders did a STUNNINNG remodeling job for us. We basically redid our entire first floor that included the kitchen, guest bathroom, living room and dining room area and all of it looks gorgeous. Tommy and his team of people were easy, polite, and honest people to work with, super responsive, and very affordable compared to everyone else. They also painted the entire spaces, installed washer dryer hookups and installed our new wood flooring. We will be hiring them for future projects. Can’t wait!

<p>Very well- Tommy was referred to me by my friend.  He arrived to the appointment on time- showed me examples of his work on his ipad and I felt very confident that he was the man for the job.  </p> <p>We went through everything that me and my wife each wanted in the kitchen and Tommy put it all together for us flawlessly.  We did a modern theme with an amazing layout.  The flow in the kitchen is what sets the tone for the whole house.</p> <p>We have an open space with no walls so the kitchen is defined by the center island as well as the free standing counter that is the home base station.  It is wide and long so we have amazing white stools on the outside and the inside facing the center island is all cabinet space.  It also serves as our buffet station when we entertain.  You can see the whole house from our kitchen.</p> <p>We couldn't be happier.</p> <br />

I needed a new roof for my house and garage, I also enclosed my patio and added a master bedroom and bathroom to the downstairs.  This is the first time I used ET Builders and to my surprise it was flawless.  Usually a project like this is full of headaches and delays but I must say that the level of professionalism and service that I experienced is that best I have ever had and I have done plenty of projects. There were no surprises everything was as promised the only delay that we had was due to the permit and that was just a few days.  The crew was very respectful and they cleaned up the job site everyday.  I will definitely use ET Builders again! <br />

<p>Tommy is very professional.  He is meticulous and pays attention to every small detail.  We remodeled our kitchen from the ground up, he designed a wonderful layout that is comfortable and the same space looks 10 times bigger!  It came out better than I anticipated.</p> <p>I would definitely recommend Tommy and I will use him again when I am ready to redo the bathrooms and add a backyard deck.</p>

We were very happy with Tommy at ET builders.  We had someone else picked out and then I met Tommy and felt more comfortable with our choice.  I'm glad we did. <br /> There were times that he went beyond what was called for.  There was a door opening he felt needed widening, but we didn't want to spend the extra money. Even though it would look better.  He decided to do it without charging us. <br /> Look forward to working with him again one day soon. <br /> <br /> <br />

First the contractor who walked the job was the owner of the company and he supervised the job until completion. He provides an estimate of the work and offers ideas for improvement. Ultimately the owner decides on what the job entails but before you decide discuss it thoroughly with the contractor. The contractor then provides a contract detailing the work to be done and a schedule. The schedule may need to be changed if the parts are not available as planned. He provides the technicians and coordinates the work. You can call him during the job and ask questions if you need or want to and he will do his best to explain what is going on. The contractor will do his best to meet your expectations and will redo work if you are not satisfied at no cost to you. He may charge you if change your mind and want the work redone because you choose the wrong color or don't like the fixtures you selected and want new ones-but he will be reasonable and it's always your choice. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The contractor did three bathrooms for me and I was very satisfied with the work and the price. <br /> <br /> <br />

I am an attorney and business person so my standards are very high.  As we all know a good contractor does not come easy so I am definitely taking the time to let you all know about ET Builders inc.   <br /> Tommy the owner of the company is hands on and was always available when needed.  He took his time in explaining every detail and task and prepared me every step of the way- there were never any "extra surprises" and what we agreed upon from the start is what I got.  He provided top quality work and it was timely.  The areas of work were cleaned everyday before the crew left so I didn't feel like I was in a construction zone.  <br /> an I called quoted me  I had them redo my wooden decks I live on a hillside so it was no easy feat- we also remodeled my kitchen and Tommy's design left me breathless! I love using my new custom kitchen.  We also did a home office and refinished all the wood floors.  My house is heaven and the experience was actually painless- I will use them for anything and everything.  But Tommy also cares about his work and his clients- I know that first had as he has also assisted me with things unrelated to the work I have done- for instance I had an electrical problem and called him- after an electrician I called quoted me a price that I knew was excessive Tommy and his crew fixed the problem that same day and charged me a fraction of the price.  He is fair and honest in all his dealings <br /> . <br />
