Here at ET General Contractor INC I, Julio, conduct weekly meetings to cover issues relating to job and personal safety. We practice open communication and team work with management and field personnel allowing growth and success. I would sincerely appreciate an opportunity to work with you on any of your projects. Yes, ET did great quality work. It looks very nice and we are satisfied. He was slow at times, and getting HOA approval was frustrating and long. But ET did the job within a week and I would hire him again.

Mr. Escobar and his team were very professional and did an excellent job! They completed a significant amount of yard work (i.e., removing yard debris, weeding flower beds, pruning bushes/trees, mulching, planting new plants/tree, laying sod, and fertilizing the grounds/flower beds, large tree removal, and regrading the gravel driveway), in a timely manner. This was not an easy job by any means after several years of no work being done to maintain the yard and driveway. The yard and driveway have never looked better! We appreciate all the hard work and effort put into this as well as their guidance and knowledge. We look forward to working with them regarding the maintenance of the yard.

We had an awful experience. We hired Julio and his company to do a lot of work around our home?fence, patio, synthetic grass area, landscaping, electrical work, cleaning, tree trimming. Julio did not take responsibility for mistakes. There were many mistakes. We laid thousands to fix his mistakes. He wasn?t going to follow the details in the contract regarding the patio until I pressed him. He didn?t manage his staff appropriately. He blamed me of something wasn?t done correctly, because I let the worker leave without checking their work. He pressured me into paying the balance before all work was done. He spoke often about his religious beliefs and how he was honest and trustworthy. I learned the hard way that he wasn?t. Overall awful experience.

I do have qualified crews and you know, I wish to have recorded a video of you saying on each step of the work, ?Oh Julio it looks amazing and thank you,? on every finished project. I really sorry if I let you down with the sprinkler system. You didn?t hire me to move or fix sprinklers heads, and we did it anyway at no charge. Did you know even your husband apologized to my crew because of your behavior? We did our best and went beyond."

I had previously hired ET Contractors for tree removal work and now wasnted a paver patio installed. Julio Excobar came out and provided a very competitive price, and included a firepit in he plan. His team showed up as promised. The work was done beautifully, and the site cleaned up. Additionally, Julio's team used the stones from an old patio and installed a walkway to our deck. The project looks better than was hoped for. I will hire ET Contractors again for my my next need,

Tree Removal
I had two known dead trees that had to be removed for safety. Julio came out evaluated the trees and my overall proeprty. He found other dead trees, problem trees (large hollows and signs of other issues). He quoted a very reassonable price and was able to start rightaway. the trees were all dropped and the property cleaned up within a day.

My front yard was in bad shape and had been made worse by a previous landscaper. I found ET General Contractor INC on Angi, and I’m so glad I did! Julio, the owner, came out to give me a fair estimate and offered helpful safety and cosmetic recommendations. He gave me full confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and that the job would finally be done right. Julio and his crew buried my downspout, uplifted and regraded my yard up to the foundation, leveled everything out, and installed new sod. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The payment terms were fair — half upfront and the remainder upon completion. The results are outstanding! My yard looks beautiful and drains properly now. ET General Contractor INC has earned a loyal customer, and I fully intend to have them do more work for me in the future. Highly recommend!

ET Landscaping had done such an excellent job building a series of garden terraces at my daughter’s house in Annandale a few years ago that I was looking forward to an opportunity to have them work at my own home, also in Annandale. Working with Julio on the scope of work was easy and, in fact, a pleasure since his experience and customer-oriented approach improved immeasurably on my own ideas for creating an attractive rock based garden to replace overgrown and dying shrubbery. I am totally satisfied with the results and the entire experience working again with ET Landscaping. People are still complimenting and admiring the work they did at my daughter’s home and I expect the same will be true for their handiwork at my own. Incidentally, I have already contracted with them for additional work at my daughter’s house, where I look forward to equally beautiful additions to the landscaping done there earlier.

Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. God Bless them for their hard work and strong work ethic!

Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. Since I had a positive reaction with Julio and his team, we discussed other projects that I knew needed attention. I inherited a 200+ year old house with my eventual desire to sell in the next year. It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. I. 100% recommend ET General Contractor Inc. for any home improvements you may need. I truly feel that Julio’s honesty, integrity, professionalism and work ethic was what I believe to be the best possible scenario for what ended up being a clean, well-executed project, and still what I believe to be a fair price. I have Julio, his crew, and ET General Contractor Inc. on speed dial !!!!!!

The job entailed putting in a retaining wall around an existing patio to prevent further erosion. The job went extremely well. Julio and his crew are extremely courteous and professional. The job took 3 days and the crew cleaned the area after each day. They tied the new work with the existing patio masterfully. Will hire again.

The team was hired to remove a massive stump, dig out the remaining roots and level the backyard. They did an incredible job and covered the entire area with sod. Additionally, they were able to build a box underneath our deck and re-route our gutters to lead water away from the house. Their work looks amazing and I would happily hire them again. I have already referred them to neighbors and several family members who have upcoming projects.
