Ethereal Cleaning

Do not let this guy work on anything. He's a smooth talking con man. He damaged my porch floor and never came back to fix it.

Brenda and Rosa were excellent cleaners. They lifted dusted underneath and placed back every item in our home. We have tried other services, and Nunn cleaned our house as good as Ethereal Cleaning services. We will have them clean our home again in the future.!

It was AWFUL !! This is a con artist that needs to be off Angie's List and taken to court which I am doing. Instead of repairing and putting in a new chimney, he left a hole in my roof, a mess all over the roof, bricks stacked on the side of my house. What am I suppose to do now? He really is going to leave it like that? I have no other contractor lined up to put it back in place, seal it, what is he thinking. This was a $200 job that cost me $1000. Why would I hire someone to just destroy it and pay them $1000 him getting all pissy wanting the money NOW. Fast fast talker "I'm not going to nickel and dime you ma'me." Guess what, YOU DID ! You knew exactly what you were doing. Now I cannot turn the heat on, air on, because the furnace, the hot water heater, air has no place to vent. So go ahead and tell your side of the story. I'm NOT letting you get away with this to hurt others, take their money. I'll see you in court!

The provider showed up around an hour and a half after the scheduled time. I walked him through the three rooms he needed to clean and reset the expectations that he needed to wipe them down. He praised me on how clean the carpets looked and said it would be a fairly easy job. As there was not much left in the apartment, just some random items and cleaning supplies, he stated i did not need to stay so I went back to work, and he said he'd call me when it was done. He called me about 11am and when i arrived it definitely smelt cleaner, and he walked me through the main room and the stairwell. He stated it would be $250 and he took cash app or cash. I paid him and he went on his way. The next day i went back to the apartment to finish the cleaning i had to get done and first when i went into my kitchen to get my cleaning supplies, i noticed that my Lysol was empty, which i thought was weird. As i walked through the apartment cleaning windows, i found the top to a Febreze bottle in my daughter's closet (which was previously empty) and i found the empty Febreze bottle in the back storage room. I later found another empty bottle of Febreze in my downstairs bathroom, without a cap on it. As I was walking through the rooms wiping down the window trim and cleaning the windows, noticed the baseboards were not wiped down and still full of dust (an item he specifically stated he would take care of). There were also still spots where the carpet was dirty, one big one in my daughters room which was not there previously, as well as the pink spot in my daughter's room where she always dropped her kenetic stand. I brought my small spot carpet cleaner up to just see if they were stained or if they were not dirty and from the moment i turned on my carpet cleaner i was pulling up dirt and something very brown. I took my spot cleaner into each room picking sections and was able to continue to pick up dirt where it was evident, he did not clean. When i went into my bathroom to dump my dirty bucket, i noticed my bathtub was extremely dirty and almost like he cleaned the small stairs from my kitchen and then dumped the dirty water in the bathtub and did not rinse the bathtub out to clean up after himself. I also noticed that my bathroom sink seemed clogged and when i pulled out the stopper there was a whole ball of dust similar to what was in the tub clogging up my sink. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with the service he provided. I'm not sure what he did for the two hours he was at my apartment, but it was not the service I paid for. I have had to spend hours cleaning up after his mess so that I can pass the final inspection before moving out and that alone has cost me an additional 3 hours, at least of cleaning. I immediately reached out to him Saturday as I started to discover the spots on the carpet, the dusty trim, and the dirty bathtub and bathroom sink, but they have not responded to my phone call or any of my text messages.

Excellent. First time they did a deep cleaning. They now do monthly maintenance. This gives me the ability to do upkeep between their service. Love this couple and they are thorough and professional.
