The technicians are amazing at Ethical Plumbing. My mother passed away and the next week I found a water leak in her basement. I called Ethical Plumbing and they got me on the schedule the very next day and made everything so easy. We have since found a different problem that they also helped us with. Corey the technician was on time, responsive, explained the repair and checked to determine the issues. He was able to repair the toilet with a minimum of disruption. I was very pleased with the turnaround and also meeting the time window quoted.

The plumber removed the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and replaced the toilet. Everything went well and the toilet no longer leaks. He also adjusted the handle in another toilet to improve flushing, without extra charge.
