"Thank you for your feed back we truly appreciate the opportunity to improve. The member is correct we ordered the glass and it got broken by my installers before we even went on the job. We got a new piece and came to install and broke the glass trying to install it into the frame. We attempted to order the third piece and was waiting for it to ship and the member cancelled due to all the issues. We completely understand and feel badly that the member went through all this for a piece of glass. We refunded the member and apologized for all the challenges. We normally don't have this type of issues with our supplier and we feel because the glass had a special shape with the reversed rake it created issues for them. We apologize for everything and appreciate the feed back."
"Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any problems this has caused. We installed the door and built this member a new step for outside her door. The member purchased a coupon for a patio door install which we furnished and installed. She also wanted to add some features to the door which we added and we took care of everything she wanted. We explained to the member that painting the exterior trim wasn't part of the job. We were never aware that she had an issue with the door and will be happy to resolve it immediately."

"Thank you for taking the time to review us and allow us the opportunity to improve. We are promised lead times from our vendors that sometimes take longer than expected and unfortunately we cannot control that. We brought the product out the very next day after we received it. The install was done correctly and there were no repairs needed. The member requested some flashing over some windows we installed last year and we were happy to accommodate him but it wasn't an error it was customer service. The member wanted his door adjusted and we sent the request to the manufacture immediately. The member didn't want to wait so we sent our installer who made the adjustments because we wanted to provide good service. Every thing this member has asked we have accommodated with service and fair pricing so its disappointing to hear that he wasn't satisfied with the service or value as a repeat customer."

I would totally agree that this was a very frustrating situation for all parties and like every experience there is always another side to the story. We truly believe we went above and beyond your request and did everything possible to create the best experience for them. We provided a quality product that was custom made and we explained at the time we cannot guarantee the time line because we don't build the product and cannot control it. to give them everything they wanted we needed to coordinate with 5 vendors to pull it all together which we did just not as fast as they felt we should of. We kept the customer posted on the progress and things were going fine until we couldn't get the product in before the customers partner had to leave the country for a couple of months. We still did the work, however the customer wouldn't pay us until he came home and inspected the work.The customer created a punch list which we agreed to complete and two times we arrived as scheduled and the customer refused to let us work because he had other plans even though he scheduled the time. On the third time we came out we completed the work and agreed to conclude our business. Even though the delay had nothing to do with Ethos directly the customer refused to pay us the contract amount and said if we don't agree to his terms he won't pay us at all. We agreed with his demand even thought we felt it was unfair because we wanted a very satisfied customer. He agreed that he was very happy and understood things happen and agreed we had no time line in the contract. We concluded our business and when its all said and done Ethos did the right thing for this customer and some times no matter how good you are its never good enough. We know they will enjoy there door and window and we appreciate the opportunity to serve them."

We have been calling with no response, however you requested us using email and it appears we didn't do that as much. Your door is ordered and have arrived, I was wanting to get your paint sample is why Danielle was calling. She is also trying to get the correct card number because the one she took didn't work and again she was using the phone rather than email. We know this is your home and communication is all your asking for and there is no reason we didn't take every endeavor to reach you. Your door is ready and just needs to be painted which we need the color and paint you need. We can pick up the sample or if you have the color please email it too me. I will be your contact from here forward and keep you posted on the status of your project.
