When they arrived (3 cleaner crew) they asked what I needed done. I explained that I wanted the walls from the light switches down to the floor cleaned which included the baseboards. The walls in various areas are a little dirty due rot my kids touching the walls all the time. I also asked for the kitchen and master bath cabinet faces be cleaned. I also said I did not need the floor cleaned, and that they did not need to clean the 3rd bathroom. Basically I said that I wanted their focus on the items I requested. I do not like to hover over workers as I have my own stuff to do, and when they were done I was on a conference call and could only speak shortly, so I asked what the cost was again, and they told me a price (which afterwards was $20 more than the Angies list deal I selected, they added their own additional tip...). They left, and after my conference call, I went around and noticed all the walls were still dirty. The base boards looked ok. I pointed out a few locations where visible dirt was on the walls, and those had not been cleaned. I then looked at the cabinets, and those we not cleaned much either. All in all, they came and did what they wanted rather than what I asked. They also did mop the floors, which I specifically asked them NOT to do as I wanted their concentration on the items I asked for. They also cleaned the master shower, in which I can still see some grime on the glossy wall tile. Not much scrubbing was done. I am not happy with what I paid for as it was not what I asked for.

"Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience with your recent cleaning, this is not the feedback we are used to hearing. We take all feedback very serious as we are always looking to improve in any way we can. I would like to address some of yours concerns. *The package you purchased was a deep clean package for $199.00, this package only includes a total of 8 hours, this package also specified any additional hours worked would be charged at the rate of $30.00/Hr. Our crew will try to accomplish all of your requests in a timely manner, although the amount of hours purchased was not enough to clean the entire home. *The crew that worked in your home stayed for over 9 hours. So the additional $20.00 dollars you were charged was not a “TIP” given to the crew as they are paid on an hourly salary. The additional $20.00 was a discounted rate for the additional hour and a half worked over the originally purchased hours. *As for the floors, we were informed specifically to not clean the Basement floors, as for the rest of the home no specification was given. Since you only purchased the minimum amount of hours for all that needed to be cleaned our crew focused on getting the maximum results even if the amount of hours you purchased were not nearly enough to complete all of your requests I am truly sorry for your experience and the miscommunication that took place. I can assure you that we have an incredible team of highly trained Cleaning specialists and we are happy to help in the near future if you decide to give us another try."

Didn’t mop floors. Floors were filthy and our office furniture was delivered next day so I had to mop it after paying her. Was very mediocre cleaning!

I've had Alma and her team clean between tenants on my VRBO vacation home and am very very pleased! I am an out of town owner and truly appreciate the work they do plus for a fair fee, I can ask to have the propane tank filled, pool heat turned on and help with other things that come up to keep my renters happy! Euphoria has been my go to for over a year and I don't know what I'd do without them. Also, when I need a contractor, Alma has many contacts and I am charged fairly to repair the slider or replace a window etc. Alma and her team are Consistent, timely, professional, trustworthy and exceptional in this field.

I can honestly say I am so satisfied with this service. This is a Privately owned company and the employees are truly trustworthy. I leave my home with the comfort of knowing I will come back to it spotless. I have never had any issues with the employees or the service and any special requests have ALWAYS been accommodated. This is such a great service at an excellent price. I used maid cleaning apps or other companies before but you never really know who was cleaning your home. I love having the comfort of personally getting to know the employees and knowing who is my home is so comforting. I live such a busy schedule, always on the run or traveling. A home can get pretty messy when you have so much going on but thanks to Euphoria Maid I can enjoy all those moments without having to worry about coming home to a dirty house. ??

I am very happy with Euphoriamaid and highly recommend them for cleaning services.
