"Thank you for business it’s always pleasure to work with you."
"I am sorry that you feel like that, after all we went, above and beyond to make sure everything was done absolutely perfect. I was on the job many different times and the customer was not there. I had manager that worked himself on the job every day. At the end when they asked for extended warranty we gave her that as well. I am not sure why there are so many made up lies."
"This customers job was completed 5 years before the this review was posted. Everything went absolutely well and all the results were great, customer was happy and paid at the end of the job. Plumber was part of the company and he did excellent job. Customer called us 5 years later with completely unrelated problem to the bathroom remodel and requested to get their plumbing in the rest of the house to be repaired that does not belong to the bathroom, when we responded that that was not part of what we did in the first place she said that if we not going to fix it she will write bad review about our company. All this information in the review is absolutely incorrect."
"Client has declined all our attempts to resolve this complaint to satisfactory of both parties. Everything was completed according to the contract and customer had not expressed any written or verbal complaints when signing the completion form (we have the proving document). The complaint on Angie’s list came as a surprise to us. Client’s demand to reimburse him the cost of his dishwasher is very unreasonable and here is why: After installation of cabinets and appliances we learned that his very old dishwasher is not working. Customer was swearing that dishwasher was working before we disconnected it. It’s unlikely that disconnecting dishwasher would damage it, but we couldn’t prove it so we decided to fix it. After removing the dishwasher’s pump we found it full of dirt and rotted cloth pieces. We showed it to client and took pictures as evidence. We explained that the dishwasher stopped working because of the dirt in a pump. Because dishwasher was so old we suggested him to buy a new dishwasher instead of fixing the old one as it’s unclear how much longer would it last. Customer was reluctant at first, but he agreed after we offered to compensate part of the cost. Customer picked out higher cost dishwasher from Home Depot regardless of complaining that he doesn’t want to spend money on new dishwasher. One of our workers offered to use his military discount to help him save same money. In result of that customer saved over a lot for his new dishwasher through military discount. After everything was completed he suddenly changed his mind and instead of the partial compensation he started demanding a credit for the full cost of his new dishwasher or he wouldn’t pay the last payment. This came as a shock to us, we tried explaining him that the cost of his old outdated dishwasher is nowhere close to the cost of his new dishwasher and it’s unfair to demand the full compensation. We even found similar and higher quality used dishwashers on craigslist and Ebay for $200 and less, showed them to him and offered to pay $250 toward his new dishwasher, but he wouldn’t hear it. It is also worth mentioning that after a small measuring mistake by Reico (third party) cabinet designer, one of the wall cabinets ended up covering part of electrical panel. It took us 2 weeks to order and replace the cabinet. Despite that all cabinets, appliances and countertop was installed and customer had fully functional kitchen (besides not working dishwasher), customer sent us a threatening email demanding that we credit him $200 for every day that’s being delayed or he’s not going to pay the outstanding balance. Again, the kitchen was fully functional, and all the breakers in electrical panel were accessible in case if he had to reset the tripped breaker. The mistake was done by a third party (Reico employee), we, as a contractor signed up only to assist him with cabinet selection and installation of the cabinets. We explained that is unfair to punish us for someone else’s mistake. Another issue we had with the client was after his cabinetry quote from Reico came in slightly higher (because of the door style and finishing that he chose) than the allowance he had in the contract. Customer confirmed by email (we have his email proving that) approving the increased cost and gave as a go to place an order for cabinetry. After we requested to pay the difference of the new cost and allowance, he started denying it and demanded us to absorb the cost. Client was being dishonest throughout entire project demanding unreasonable things, which none of it were workmanship quality related. When the marketing manager called him with the settlement plan to solve the complaint on Angie’s list, he was very rude and wouldn’t listen to him. He said: “nothing is going to make me happy or remove the complaint”."
