We recently had DJ from Evanspect come out and do a home inspection for us. He arrived promptly and was super thorough. He was very respectful of our home (even wearing protective booties). After his inspection he sat down and reviewed his findings with us. He was very knowledgeable and informative â talked about things we didnâ t even realize could be an issue. We definitely will refer him to friends and would use him again!

Duane did a GREAT job on my home inspection this past summer. He was incredibly knowledgable, thorough, and detail oriented. I was extremely happy with the extensive report that I received same day and was able to identify numerous issues with my house, appropriately, that needed to be addressed. I couldn't be happier the inspection and would recommend Evanspect LLC to anyone I know. Thank you, Duane!

We hired Duane in April. Duane was very professional who offers excellent service, he did a great job on our inspection. He went above and beyond to work with our schedule, and spent all the time needed to explain to us even the smallest detail, he provided personable customer service and showed the greatest attention to detail. I fully recommended Evanspect LLC and Duane, if you want to be certain that the job will be done with integrity and to the highest standard. So call now!!
