They showed up on time, didnt leave any mess that wasnt there when they got there. Couldnt do a lot of shopping around, but their prices seem to be fair. Would gladly hire them again, even though I hope I never HAVE to.

Darrel was efficient and was able to come out to take care of our clogged drain the day after I called him! There was a minor snafu with a really old pipe, but I owe that to most people not being familiar with plumbing in homes over 100 years old. He fixed the problem quickly and offered us info about how to do other work on our own. Definitely recommend!

He came out the next day. He had to replace the lift pump in the basement. No surprises in price. He stayed til 8:00 to finish the job. We were quite satisfied with his work.

Darrell did a pretty good job. He basically cleaned up after himself, but there were sewer splatters that I had to clean up afterwards and it would have been helpful if he would have brought his own materials to clean up whatever he needed to deal with the job, i.e., towels, etc. Overall, I was very pleased with the job.
