THEY STOPPED MY REPAIR CHECK AS RETALIATION ? $25k SYSTEM FAILED I paid EverDry $25,648 for a "Lifetime Guarantee" system that failed in under a year, flooding my basement due to a negligent installation admitted by their own supervisor. The Retaliation: After their technician directed me to hire professional mitigation ($4,278), EverDry issued a separate check for $1,150 to cover structural repairs (drywall/padding). However, once I filed a complaint with the Indiana AG, GM Brad Harper followed through on a threat to STOP PAYMENT on that check. My bank confirmed the reversal today. The Facts: EverDry is effectively clawing back repair money to punish a customer for seeking regulatory help. For context: a prior flood in my basement cost $12,913.44?EverDry is refusing to pay a fraction of that for a crisis their failed equipment created. Avoid this company. Every time it rains, I am reminded of how thankful I am that I decided to have my basement waterproofed. My home was built in 1924. So, it is a fixer-upper for sure. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. The entire process took about 4 days, I believe. All of the workers were very polite and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. A sump pump (which required a new electrical outlet) was added, along with something called an EZ Breathe system (for my basement) was also added. I was very pleased with the work that was done. We've lived in our home for two years, and "inherited" our Everdry system from the previous owners. We've had NO issues with water or moisture despite the age of our home and massive amounts of periodic rain. We bought a house that Everdry Waterproofing has already waterproofed the basement. The ease of transferring the lifetime warranty was wonderful. We have not had any issues with water getting into the basement and is the main reason we bought this house. It was the only one with a dry basement. Highly recommend!

Ever Dry did an excellent job of water proofing our basement. The crew was excellent and everything was explained to us before, during and after the process. There have been a couple of issues, but Ever Dry is always there quickly and takes care of any issues as per the warranty. Very happy with the results and I would gladly recommend Ever Dry to anyone looking to water proof there basement or crawl space. The work is more than great. Our basement has never been drier. It's been a year ago at this point that I had a rep knock on my door offering services. It was interesting since we have a basement, but it WAS not usable due to water issues, so with the hope of being able to use the space, we choose to go thru with receiving the service which has a lifetime warranty! which when we did have a problem area it was fixed in a timely manner and we can actually use the basement for storage so it was worth it

We wanted the basement to be dry and safe. We had mildew in the basement because of the wetness when it rained, so we had it fixed and it was great because after a few years it is still dry and the sun pump works great and the fixed foundation is a true blessing! Customer service from everyday was great and very helpful!

Professional and good customer service. Agent went through pricing and basement waterproofing was carried out on time and as explained. We had an issue with some water still being in the unfinished basement after large rains so we contacted customer service and they came back out and fixed it without additional payment. We have not had any addition issues and are very happy with our basement being water free.
