The men who do the work are very hard-working and polite. However, our lawn looks terrible. They drive through our yard on a large ride-on mower which is compacting the soil terribly. When they are done weeding flower beds (which is like a scorched-earth approach), they come through with a big blower and blow away all the mulch and organic material. They have also repeatedly come through and whacked a bed of beautiful ground cover right down to the bear ground, which I have asked them not to do repeatedly.

I really like them. My other lawn service was not very good so I looked up somebody new and I really like them. They have been coming for about a year now. They come when they say and they notify you on the computer when they're coming. I have no problem with them.

<p>Our yard was in a sad state (felt bad even calling and asking them to clean up our mess). The gentlemen that came were extremely polite asked what I wanted done and immediately went to work. They paid attention to areas especially difficult to get to(leaves caught between 2 fences and under the deck of the pool). From the time I called to discuss them coming and everything being completed was about 48 hours. I would highly recommend this company for any lawn service need.</p> .

I like that they show up every week and I think their prices are fair.

They do weed control, fertilization, and maintain our lawn. They did a good job. The guy who came to do the yard work was good. He knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and knows what goes where.

They are really good and we have a contract with them. This is our second year with them and they are good, prompt and thorough. I had to probably remind them only twice of things they missed. They are always very good and they come out every week during the summer and as needed during the winter time. They are local. They don't do the trees; we have someone else for that. They are here all the time and the quality is excellent and if its not then we talk to them and make sure it meets our standards. They are professional; they don't bother me at the door or look through the windows. They are just very good. They just do the job and they leave.

The advertisement and the beginning services are very nicely done. They are supposedly weed control. Once we tell them to get started; they say they will mow and spread the yard and they do not do any others. They do not answer our phone calls. We do not know if our messages have been accepted or heard or whatever. Then they all of a sudden show up. I did cancel them and I do not know if they understand cancel. They are that bad. They do not have any communication whatsoever. They sprayed 3 times for me and it was $45 each was $140. I would grade them the lowest grades possible. I hope nobody ever will use them again. I would absolutely not use them again.
