Mike the owner did a very thorough first time review of my home. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He worked on the inside and outside and showed me where problems occurred previously. Sprayed and powdered everywhere and will return in 3 months or sooner if necessary. Mike arrived later than window time. I called him to see when he would show. Otherwise, very good.

I showed him the bites, but he could not determine what it was but assured me it was not bed bugs. He left a half dozen sticky little cardboard things around and sprayed something around the apartment and left. A week later I saw some tiny insects on them and determined they were fleas. On my own I am preparing my apartment for bug bomb--washing and bagging everything, etc. Saw on the internet the bites I had and they matched fleas. How'd I get them? No idea. I have inside cats...

"Thank you for your business and your review. I cannot diagnose an insect issue based off bites as everyone can react differently to different insect bites. At the time of your service, a thorough visual inspection turned up no evidence of fleas, ticks, bedbugs, or any other biting insect. Your proximity to water lead me to believe mosquitos are the most likely culprit. I left the monitoring stations as a backup to see if there was anything not seen at the time of service. Your purchase came with a 30 day warranty. Although we are outside of the 30 days since treatment, feel free to contact me should you need further assistance with the fleas. If you're going to handle it yourself, please make sure that the cats are treated with a flea/tick as well. Fleas can live their entire life cycle on a pet without coming into contact with products used for home treatment."
