Very happy with the work that Riley provided us. He installed a replacement HVAC system quickly and at a fair price, despite some unexpected challenges my home provided along the way. Riley also provided something that was difficult to find in his trade: fast and efficient communication, without endless hoop-jumping. Riley with Evergreen Heating and Cooling installed an energy efficient heat pump at our home in Olympia in July. Riley was efficient, thorough, informed, and courteous. He answered our many questions. We replaced an old gas furnace with a heat pump and and we are VERY HAPPY we did. Heating will use roughly one-half the energy and now we have energy efficient cooling. A friend who worked in the building sciences in academia hired Riley for some HVAC work and recommended him to us. Also, we got 3 bids and selected his.
