"Hi [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry that you feel this way. We have mowed your property for three years never once raising your price. We have always show up on your scheduled day UNLESS it rained. We must have done something good as you referred your son/daughter and two neighbors to us. Which we were very thankful for. We have one mowing crew and they were working from 7:00 am to 8:00 sometimes 8:30 pm...which is way too much for one crew to handle. We tried to add new lawns to mow to create the need for a second mowing crew but we were just unable to get there. It is next to impossible to hire a mowing crew to only work two days a week. We pride our selves in our work and we noticed that the crew seemed to be rushing through the lawns this season as they had too much on their plate and not enough hours in the day. Our employees well being is very important to us along with the level of service and attention that each customer deserves so we made the business decision to reduce our number of mowing clients. We decided from a business standpoint that we would continue to only mow our full service clients.
