Kyle and his crew did a great job. This is the second time I have hired Evergreen. They are fair with pricing and punctual. Many tree trimmers leave the branches for another service to pickup but Evergreen mulches and hauls on the spot. Also they pick up every twig and leaf.

The estimate process was a bit slower than other local companies, however, once I'd indicated that we were ready to proceed, the work was scheduled within days. The estimate was a little less than the next, closest competitor - but the way the work was performed was top notch (crane, bucket truck, Bobcat, haul-away, cleanup). We plan to hire again and can honestly "recommend without hesitation."

Exceptionally pleased with Evergreen Tree Company's service. Prompt, professional, courteous and friendly, efficient, safety-minded, very careful and thorough. They have all of the necessary equipment and workforce to handle a big job. They really knew exactly what they were doing and it was a pleasure to watch them work. Our tree was fairly close to our house and completely surrounded by extensive shrubbery, so a crane was used to lift all the limbs safely away from everything. The whole process ran like a well-oiled machine. The crew communicates via headsets and work really well together as a team. After they finished cleaning up everything, you couldn't tell that they had even been there (other than the missing tree). No damage to my yard, driveway, road, or irrigation. I am a perfectionist, and I was truly impressed by the job they did. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

Carlos and his crew arrived on time, took care of the trees in a workmanlike manner, and CLEANED UP well. Overall an A+! I would strongly recommend. Note that these guys are busy - you will need to wait a week or two depending on their backlog and the weather, but they were worth the wait.

The large tree removal was complicated by the surrounding plants, which I wanted to keep. There was a very narrow area where the tree could fall without damage, and it wasn't leaning in that direction! They dropped the tree exactly where it needed to go. This is our second time with Carlos, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend him.

Evergreen Tree Company is every bit deserving of the Angie's List Super Service Award 2016. They have my vote for 2017! Not only were they reasonably priced, their tree removal services were top-notch! They arrived fully equipped and systematically removed my tree and the debris, all the while taking great care with my yard, plants, and other trees. Expertise is so important when it comes to choosing a company to perform this type of dangerous work. You are in good hands with Evergreen! I will definitel hire them again when the need arises!

Extremely well. They showed up with a lift truck, bobcat, and four people. In addition to removing the tree off the house they placed the debris in front of the house for removal, took pictures of the roof damage, and secured tarps on the roof for me. At one point they stopped work to rescue a young red rat snake that was in the tree on my roof - their respect for wildlife impressed me. Once the tree was removed they cleaned up my property very well.

The crew was very thorough and fast. (A really nice bunch of people!) They were careful not to damage any plants or items in my yard and cleaned up everything before they left. I'm very pleased with their service. This is the second time that I have used Evergreen. The $400 I list below breaks down like this. Initially, I paid $200 for an Angie's List coupon for $400 worth of work. I paid another $200 for extra work that I requested, bringing my total to $400.

Everything went well. I appreciated that my call was answered promptly, and that a crew came out that afternoon to remove the limb. Both days, I had to leave before the work was completed and they took care of everything for me.

Evergreen company was working in the neighborhood and the crew advised us to call or text to scheduled an appointment for the estimate. The office responded promptly, Mr. Castillo (the owner) came within a day to give us an estimate, and the crew arrived on Monday morning to cut the leaning tree + two others in its proximity. This is a family business, insured, honest, transparent. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

In a word, the service was superb. The work was done competently and efficiently, and all debris completely removed. It is clear that the staff onsite care about doing a good job. The price estimate was also much lower than I expected based on my experience working with other tree service companies in the past. I really could not be happier with the service Evergreen Tree provided.

Carlos responded promptly to our call for an estimate, and made an appointment to see the trees the next day at a particular time. He asked lots of questions and discussed how he thought he would undertake the project, which involved taking down a large, problematic tree very close to the house while avoiding two Septic drain fields and a Septic pump with his crane and other equipment. Once we decided on Evergreen Tree Company, a date was set for the work to be done. Carlos and his crew (which I was happy to see included a woman) arrived on time. They set to work and proceeded to remove the tree limb by limb from the top down, cleaning up as they went. Carlos and his crew were very courteous and answered all our questions, even the dumb ones. We were very happy with the work they did and how they left the property.

Carlos and his team looked and performed like true professionals. The large tree was very near my grandson's playset. They removed the tree with absolutely no damage to the playset. They even considered the location of my sprinkler heads and avoided damaging them. They left the area superclean! Great team!!
