We had Everic Pool replaster our 19,500 gallon pool back in 2020. We were super happy with the quality of work and super impressed at how good of a job they did. We decided to contact them again in January 2024 to have our pool retiled. It’s a family owned business, which impressed us in the first place. We had contacted other pool contractors and Everic Pool beat all their prices. Thank you Everic Pool! ?‍♀️

I would definitely use this company again they not only had great customer service and explained the whole process step by step they also did an awesome job at replastering and inststalling new tile. We had our pool Plastered by Everic Pools in March 2014. Pat and Armando were very professional on the phone and in person and prompt to get this plastering done. They had beautiful tiles and colors to choose from. The work was done in a timely manner. By the 3rd month there were 2 spots at the deep end of the pool that began to break off and I called and spoke to Pat and she sent someone out who patched up the 2 spots and matched them as closely as possible to the original blue color. Pat told me over the phone that this was happening because of the chemicals being used to clean the pool. I told her this was a cop out because it was just in 2 spots. I use a pool cleaning service that referred Everic Pools to me to get the pool re plastered. I even told the Pool cleaning Co that Pat was saying it was their chemicals they were using on the pool that was causing the 2 spots to break. They disagreed that it was the chemicals being used and said that none of the pools they clean are breaking like this. I never got a called back from Pat. No one from Everic Pools ever called to see how the patch work was or any follow up there after. There are more areas on the pool floor that are breaking. I have called in 2017 and 2018 and 2019 and get no call back to get this resolved. I have left a message on their FB page in 2019 letting them know what is going on and get no call back.It is now April 2020 and this is still unresolved. - Laura Boudreaux
