"We are confused as to why the customer ([member name removed]) is unhappy. EveryDayPlumber.com completed a basic whole house re-pipe to code and the Pinellas County Chief Inspector verified that everything was done correctly. His words of 12/05/2014 were: “This matter is closed”. The customer negotiated a price of $7400.00 for a basic whole house re-pipe which does not include any finish work (drywall repair, tile repair, etc.) and this was repeatedly relayed to the customer, as well as being noted on the contract prior to his signing. The customer requested additional work for $450.00 bringing the total to $7850.00. The customer put down an initial deposit of $3700.00 with a remaining balance to be paid upon completion of $4150.00. Upon completion the customer indicated he did not have sufficient funds to pay the remaining balance, but instead offered $1500.00 in an attempt to leverage the remaining balance of $2650.00 for EveryDayPlumber.com to perform work (post renovation) we had not been contracted to complete. We offered to come back after renovations were completed to install new fixtures, however, that work would be done at an additional cost. EveryDayPlumber.com completed the work as contracted. EveryDayPlumber.com has thousands of customers that are very pleased with our pricing and craftsmanship and have the reviews and accolades to prove it."
