They were excellent. They quickly made a draft that only needed 3 minor adjustments. The final product was exactly what I needed. They referred me to a structural engineer for review. The whole process took half of the time that they initially estimated. I would definitely use them again.

Absolute worst nightmare ever, do NOT work with them. They outsource their work, took our money and held us hostage for 4 weeks until they were fired, costing several thousand dollars. Would not provide any committed deadline for engineering whatsoever even when asked. Their promises of 2 to 4 weeks is a myth. Avoid at all costs, it will inevitably cost you double either by a never ending bad product or complete failure to produce and hiring a reputable company.

Boy, did I make a mistake. I gave them a deposit, and they are not returning my calls or addressing the outstanding issues. They told me they would contact me to fix the issues with their product, but I have not heard from them. I try to call them but they no longer pick up the phone. It just goes to a virtual assistant who says it can not forward calls and to leave a message. I will continue to update this review as I learn more.

We signed a contract in Aug, 2025 ($6,618.50) to take our scaled drawings and put those into a CAD file so they could be stamped by a license architect. When I initially spoke to Evolution Drafting, I clearly stated that our building code department required Stamp Architect plans in order to receive our Certificate of Occupancy and needed these completed as quickly as possible. Over the 7 months, we never received a final plan that contained the certified architect stamp on every page as required and standard. We did receive a plan with a stamp on the initial page in December 2025 that contained a lot of errors and used outdated building codes. We found this out when we submitted the plans to the building department and they noted the errors. In December, I notified ED about the notes from the building department and they kept saying the arch. is MIA and non-responsive to their request. In March 2026, I ended my relationship with them and seeking a full refund for breech.

Please do not hire this company. Throughout our process, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered. Before our fees were paid, they always responded within hours; it was great. Little did I understand how their company works. Your initial people are just salespeople so they are motivated to both push for the sale and also provide quick customer service. However, once you pay your fees, they just farm out your work to random people all over the planet. They have no control over those people, so they cannot guarantee their work product or their timelines. I emailed the company multiple times and IF they responded, it was very slow and they promised to get back with the information we needed. Of course, that rarely, if ever happened. Dealing with this company caused delays and way more stress than I could have even expected. I requested a refund when they were not producing our contracted plans, and they flat-out refused, knowing that it would be difficult for us to collect.

I hired them to provide design and contruction drawing they knew the support walls were brick and after told me i need to locate a local engineer after i paid for the service to which I still have not received completed drawings $2000 down the drain do not use STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! and nothing was stamped by there in house architech as official, CAD file is incomplete and and missing information I have to do so all over again!!!!!!!!!

Won't deliver, not on time and not very well. Costing hundreds of dollars of loss and financially disastrous delays to be authorized to build. Not real pros. Sounds like there are 2 companies with the same name In Utah and I fell on the bad one.

I would not recommend using this company. They never completed our architectural plans and our project was delayed for several months. For months they said they were having issues with the architect. We never were able to get our building permit and our build was a disaster. We asked for a refund so we could use the money with another company after weeks and weeks of waiting. They stopped responding to our messages after the request. We eventually had to file a charge back with the credit card company. It was then that they reached out but we had already moved on to a different company. Horrible Company!!!!
