I am a property manager and recently had a tenant find that on their first day in their new place, the freezer was not working! I called At Home Appliance and they sent someone out the next day who got the Freezer working right then! Very pleased with repair and time to fix,

Dishwasher repair. Ordered part, installed said part when it was delivered. Always called to let me know when arriving

This firm came out quickly to diagnose the problem with my Samsung refrigerator which was a broken ice maker. The part was ordered that day and the company was very flexible in scheduling the follow up appointment to complete the repair. They were professional and fast both times. I highly recommend them!

The man came prepared to work, communicated ahead of time, and even gave an actual ETA (not a range of time) the day of repair. He is a one-man show, so if you got a stack unit, let him know in advance. Professional, relaxed, work fast and effectively. Was here and gone in under an hour. Including the time it took to fix a secondary problem with my dryer. He showed up with the parts already. So the REPAIR WAS DONE SAME DAY. 10 out of 10 would grab a beer with Kev.
