Merle Classen was great to work with. He met with our team to understand what we were trying to achieve in a design and he refined the design over a period of about 1 month. He gave good suggestions for insuring we had appropriate space allocations and he provided us with floor plans to share with our funders so they could also envision our building

Met Mr. Classen to see the property and get the design idea of what we were thinkink about. Spent time gathering measurments of our current house and put some ideas of what might work better for a contractor.Very comfortable with this kind of approach to getting us started on getting some plans to present to a builder. We met online to give ideas of changes that transpired because of information we learned from some builders.Mr.Classen came to our home to present the plans as he had them..We again changed a few areas but were able to confirm the final drawings <br /> Exact Demensions was very professional in their dealings with us, no matter what problems we created in trying to make up our minds on our home design. Merle spent alot of his time trying to make our home the way we wanted. <br />  He had the updated technology and equipment to get the plans done correctly. The plans were sent to a contractor as well presented to us. Very good experience for my wife and I. <br />

We had a excellent experience, the provider was pleasant to work with, was very helpful with suggestions, they were very willing to work with us when we wanted to make changes in the plan. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to design and draw plans for their dream home!! or whatever other type of building you want.

<p>My husband and I meet with Merle to get some house plans.  We went with just some ideas that we had scratched down on paper with some of our must haves and wishes for our new home.  That evening he put them in play on his program with more of the correct dimensions that would work in the size that we gave him.  The next week he sent me an email and we were able to take a 3D tour of our home which was so helpful to actually see why a wall needed moved.  Along with his ideas and creative thinking we came together and within a month we had a plan down for the builder to start construction.  </p> <p>I would recommend Exact Dimensions and Merle to anyone looking for building plans.</p>

Merle provided excellent service to Katy Trail Community Health.  He listened to what we needed and drafted a floor plan for our review.  We reviewed a couple of times, not because of Merle, but because we changed our mind.  I would highly recommend Exact Dimensions to anyone needing draftsman work.  In fact, I have already recommended Merle to a colleague.

Merle came to our house the first evening to draw up what we have and to start designing the addition to our house. We had two more online sessions with him that have pretty much completed what we want to do. <br />

I made several trips and numerous changes with no additional charges.
