Andrew did and excellent electrical installation. He was on time, personable and very knowledgeable. The office staff person, Teresa, communicated regularly with us and kept us informed of our scheduling options. We are very satisfied with Exact Electric and plan to use them again whenever we need electrical services.

They show up on time, wear shoe covers all the time, covers all the furniture, clean everything at the end of the day. They worked very hard. Definitely hire them again.

Professional from beginning to end. The electrician was experienced and made good decisions in a timely fashion. Fastidious in the clean up for this 2 day project.

So far, it has been an amazing experience. The whole team has been super responsive and professional. They said they would arrive at 8:00 am and they did! So refreshing! The crew they sent out were professional and did beautiful work. Still have one or two items to cross off once the dry wall is put in. Would absolutely use them again. I wanted to particularly thank Tom who was the lead at our site. He had a great sense of humor about our little barky dog and grumpy kid. Photos posted below are a before and after. It was great. They were excellent, good communication, and good people. Expensive, but it was worth it because they did the job in a right way.

They were on site for 6 days. Some days it was an "A" and some days a "C". They did not always clean up. They were late a couple of times where it was very inconvenient for me. I just remember there was some aggravating factors like not cleaning up. They cut some holes in the ceiling and actually left some drywall debris on a bed. It was just careless stuff like that. In the end, they took care of everything. It was an old house. There was surprises. They were very reasonable in absorbing the additional costs. They did it correctly with an old house. As things came up, they took care of it. That was a positive.

Getting the electrician scheduled was hard; there were numerous cancellations and rescheduling, not showing up on time, & the delays & number of separate appointments I had to make (6+) made things frustrating as a customer. I wish that I was proactively updated on arrival changes. Overall, my issues were clerical. It was hard when they did not show up on time (and not calling to inform me; I had to call the main number to find out when they would be arriving for an 8 am appointment), especially since the electrical work was located at different locations around the house...and I didn't know if I could use the kitchen or do laundry, since I knew they would have to cut the power at different times. While the work was great, I had issues with so many appointments and having to reschedule and wait around for them to show up, etc., in addition to not being proactively informed about scheduling changes. I would still recommend them, but I would advise you to be flexible in your availability and be prepared to call for updates if you want to make any plans around their "scheduled" appointments.

It went well. I called them twice at two different times, they resolved the issue, they seemed to me knowledgeable and professionals. I worked with Darren and then Chris, they were both good, I would definitively recommend them.

They misdiagnosed the problem and I had to pay $430 for labor and replacements of breakers that were perfectly fine. When I called to tell the problem was not fixed, they offered to look at it again, but it would cost me a few $100 more to just diagnose the problem. Eventually, I called another company, As You Wish Electric, that quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for $273. As You Wish Electric even gave the warranty to come back and fix the problem for free when the problem still persisted. This was three months ago and the problem hasn't happened again.

I am super happy with my experience with Exact Electric. I found the team responsive and knowledgeable. Erin was our onsite contact and she took every opportunity she could to try to be creative in getting our wiring in without damaging the walls. The team worked hard to be accommodating as it was a large project. The new lighting they installed met our needs and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

Didn't have a bathroom fan in his truck so had to reschedule. We had already purchased the smoke detectors so they were installed on the first visit.

They did get it accomplished and pretty much the right amount of time and we provided the alarm so it all worked out ok.

We had a new service panel installed as we have a very old house and were planning for a future remodel but we needed some other work to be completed first.  Mike and his crew gave us a good estimate, fit us into their busy schedule, got the job done on time, and were very professional.  They answered all our questions, kept the lights off for a minimum amount of time while installing the new service.  Mike patched the hole in the roof (while it was raining) where the old service supply came into the house and did a great job.  We were happy and would quickly recommend them to anybody looking for a skilled crew of electricians.  Only downside is they're busy so be patient. <br>

Very well! I'm happy with the entire experience, they honored the coupon and the price was reasonable. Because we're on the fourth floor of a condo I was told we needed a Commercial Electrician, which Exact Electric is. <br />

<br />He also charged for out of town extra miles to oure our place but they said, when we called in advance, and we told There would be no such charge made.. And I was shocked he charged an additional 2'hrs. <br />
