He did not come back and finish the drainage pipe, seed, straw and grade after being paid. He promised and lied. He was dishonest and unprofessional.

Gravel or Loose Fill Paving Install, Spread or Scrape
He was to put in 150 foot of French drain to carry off water behind the house. He dug the ditch and put in pipe but didn t put in gravel to keep dirt from going through the holes in the pipe. Cleared some wood into the woods. Covered the pipe but never came back since October 2025 to finish grade, seeding or straw. There is stone and roots laying on top of the ground too. See pictures.He first gave me the excuse of the Skid Steer breaking down but after months it was supposedly fixed. Then came the excuse of the weather hold up even though there was days like now that he could have finished. It has been 5 months since he started this job and I haven t heard from him since December 1st and will not text or call me. He has been totally unprofessional from start to finish. I paid him the whole amount before he left and promised that he would be back. He hasn t.
