The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone. I would use Excellence IT again if need.

Excellent quality of work. He helped me install my Ring cameras both in the backyard and the front yard. Also helped me install my Ring doorbell camera as well as two keypads, really helping to even hide all the wires. Very professionally done, highly recommended!

6/2/26: I put in a request on the app to have a pro contact me for a tv dismantle from my wall. Within 30 min, a gentleman contacted me (I forgot his name) and said that he was able to do it for me for a price I just couldn't say no to. When he got here, I kid you not, the tv and mount was down in less than 15 min!!!!! A 75' tv was off the wall and in its original box in that short amount of time. I HIGHLY recommend this business FOR SURE!!! I will be using them again for my future projects! THANK YOU!!! And to the guy that came to my house "chef's kiss"!!!

Lance was very knowledgeable and patiently explained how a mesh system works. He went through the house, upstairs and down, to determine the best placement for our Eero devices. He even found a better place for our router. He took great care to make sure we were comfortable with all the changes. He even took extra time to troubleshoot our Yale lock and the Nest doorbell.

He was awesome, he was so knowledgeable and fast, he is very kind and easy to talk to, he set everything up, tested it ans dis leave until I was completely satisfied, I will be recommhim to everybody I know!! 5 star service
