One Time Interior House Cleaning
The expectation was for the team to clean the entire house, including the upstairs, downstairs, and basement. However, they only completed a fraction of the agreed-upon work. While all the baseboards in the house were supposed to be cleaned, they only did half of them. Additionally, the basement carpet cleaning was included in the service; they vacuumed but did not remove any of the spots. When I asked about the stains, they simply told me what products to use to get them out myself. and when cleaning the kitchen, the cleaner left product inside the oven, which caused it to fill with smoke when turned on. She then used my personal cleaning products to clean the other appliances and asked if I had anything else she could use

"I really don?t like when someone gets on here and isn?t honest. First we never discussed carpet cleaning or any stains on the carpet. Carpert cleaning is separate from any cleaning. I explained that to him. The baseboards had cheap flat paint in them. Dust was painted inside of baseboards. He left items on counter asking us to use them. We come out with a truck load of supplies ready to work. Oven was old just like the rest of the house. If Carpert is coming up it needs to be replaced."

I had the best service. They cleaned my newly bought home from top to bottom. There wasn’t a single spot missed. Did an amazing walk-through at the end. everybody was super friendly. Just the best service all the way around. For sure I’m gonna hire them again if I have any other cleaning jobs that I need done.

The cleaning crew arrived at around 2:42pm and didn't finish until around 2:42 am there was several cleaning crew around 6 people in and out all day; home not clean, trash left in the home and there was damage done to the property. Not able to tell what was clean or not clean. Bedroom windows had not been cleaned. One toilet seat was found to be broken and requires replacement. The basement sliding glass door had not been cleaned. Paint residue remains on wood surfaces in multiple areas of the home. Ceiling fan blades were reversed/flipped but not cleaned. Exterior surfaces of bathroom toilets had not been cleaned. The entire lower level of the home had not been cleaned. Repairs now have to be made to two toilets and fee for removal of trash left by cleaners. They called midday and asked for an additional $250.

"We came out and performed the job. We noted all of the damage to the property. Who ever tried to paint had paint all over baseboards, door frames and floors. We were told house would be ready for us to perform our job. I took pictures of the trash, paint buckets and drywall left by the contractor. The toilet was leaking which I informed the owner before we started work. We spent 6 hours in the home. I was told we broke her toilet and left trash in her home. I assume she didnt pay the contractors so they didnt finish the work. I have owned a cleaning service for 20 years and I have never had a customer steal services and not pay. For her to lie saying we did damage to her toilet that was leaking and left trash. Dry wall and things from the contractor isnt for me to clean up. She paid us nothing for our service and we cleaned home top to bottom. I asked her to do a walk through of property and she refused. From the beginning she had no money and intended to steal. A complaint is being filed with the states attorney office for her not paying a $500 bill. She has shown no proof of any damages just lies. She has a lot of nerve to get on here posting anything and paid nothing. She got a free cleaning. Had the nerve to tell me she was on a budget and couldnt really afford it. Why call us out and waste my time."

They did a great job! I needed them to do a deep clean prior to my husband and myself moving into our new home. The house smells great and looks picture perfect. They were professional and kept me in the loop the whole time and even did a walk through with me at the end to ensure I was satisfied before payment. Highly recommend.

I hired this company to help clean a house for a move out cleaning of a rental property. My landlord did a walk through with a potential renter and was livid. She said they did a terrible job. I wasn?t sure so I went to the house and checked. These were a few of the pictures I took. I ended up having to go back two days in a row to clean. No response as of yet via text message and included video footage of the work done. Not happy and not impressed. This review only allows for photos, I have videos to include.

"You did a walk through of the home and told us you were looking for a standard cleaning. Home was 3,000 square feet and you didn?t want to pay deep cleaning You still had furniture with dog hair everywhere. You were content because you didn?t want to pay more. You told us to focus on stains on floors. I wish we could post videos on what we did. I was told home was small and arrived it was over 3,000 square feet. No one called us to say anything. We would have came back out to address it."

Their team came and cleaned my house on Thursday 11/13. I requested 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room to be cleaned. They did a bit more than I had asked for but I was beyond happy with the job they did. When I got home everything was shining and smelled amazing and just looked beautiful. I will definitely be asking them to come back on a more regular basis. I highly recommend this company for any of your cleaning needs.

Just bought a 4 bedtoom 3 bath house that was filthy from the previous owners. Exceptionally Cleaning responded to my request ASAP and was able to come out the next day to do the job. Meka, Mark, Jacob were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to be around. They treated my home as if it was their own. I have never seen a cleaning crew be so detail oriented. I really want to praise this company Meka Mark and Jacob, t first of all they did an urgent last minute request for us. They were punctual, professional and did an amazing job.
