Complete Waste of Money: This company was recommended to me by a close friend of mine who used them about a year ago to move a 3 bedroom 1800 sqft home. Having a very similar home, I decided to use them for a move in February of 2019. The move was literally 8 minutes away. What a mistake! I made my reservations online and then called them to confirm. Carlos the owner answered the phone and confirmed my booking, verified the size of the truck and crew I had requested, and gave me tons of assurances and guarantees for my up coming move. This is where the good part ends. On the day of my move the two guys showed up and I walked them through what had to be done: Just the large items, no packing needed. My friend who recommended them was there to help me supervise and about an hour into it, she pulled me aside and said "These guys are moving really slow. The crew I got moved me in 2 hours." I started paying attention and realized that the two would come into the house, pick something up and sounder over to the truck and disappear for 5-10 minutes. I got curious and after one of their leisurely trips back to the truck I quietly went out where I could see the in the truck. They were both on their phones and gabbing. When they saw me, they both straightened up and hurried back into the house. When I met them on their return trip, I asked "How is it going?" and got "Good, there's a lot of things and the snow is slowing us down." in this way, they stretched a two hour move to 6 hours and 15 minutes. The icing on the cake was when they were unable to push my tool cabinet up their ramp and told me they would have to come back the next day with the truck that had the lift but I'd have to pay $30 extra for that. I kept biting my lip because I needed my stuff moved that day. Mind you, the tool cabinet that was too heavy for them had been moved by two other moving companies on previous moves without a problem. Then there was the delivery debacle. Every single piece of wood furniture arrived with new dents and scrapes, the ceramic pot for a $250 silk plant was smashed, the plasma TV's base was bent to the point one corner was almost touching tv stand, the corner of the tv stand was cracked, the side of a filing cabinet had a large dent / bend in it and on and on. The next day I had to meet them again at the old house. The tool cabinet got loaded and delivered and one of the three guys introduced himself as Carlos, the owner. I pointed out the variety of problems and he had a guy to fix this, and he could get a part for that, and no problem it would all be taken care of very quickly. Oh and when I pointed out the silk plant, he says "Well, moving your tool cabinet was going to cost you $60 but I'll do it for free in exchange for the broken pot". Wait! it went from $30 to $60, a 100% increase in 12 hours? But I agreed to the exchange just so I could get on with my life. You guessed it. Carlos was lying with all his promises about getting everything fixed. I didn't hear from him for 2 weeks. Finally I called him. He didn't even remember the promises he had made. When I finally cornered him in his lies, he said the fix it guy had suddenly moved back to Mexico and the TV part couldn't be found on eBay and he wasn't about to buy me a new TV. Then he offered to take the items to get them fixed which I'm sure I would have never seen again. I stopped him and I said "I will be ending this conversation and I'd like for you to think about this and figure out what you want to do. But remember that in this day and age, the consumer has great power with the reviews they can leave about your services." Then I terminated the call while he was still trying to cut me off. In a few minutes, he called which I let it go to voice mail. He left a ranting and raving message full of excuses and blaming me for everything which ended with "Please call me back and tell me what you want to do." Which I did and asked for refund for 2 of the 6 hours I was charged still willing to pay twice what it should have cost. Guess what? Never heard back. Don't hire them.

The guys were amazing ! Professional and very careful with my stuff. The best moving experience I’ve had in 20 years and I’ve moved a lot. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The move went quite well. They showed up, within their scheduled arrival time window, and were courteous and hard working. They were paid by time worked, in 15 minute increments, and rates were stated on their web site. They were highly recommended and I was not disappointed.

We ask for a 16 foot truck with 2 men which is what they brought, however after looking over what they had to move they had to get a much bigger truck and take hours longer to pack and unload without breaks until transport. Very professional, courteous strong young men. A must use if your wanting the moved to go right, we WILL use again.

Absolutely fantastic! These guys showed up on time, were totally professional and were great to work with. They even brought along a great sense of humor and worked their tails off . Their work ethic was top-notch. Wouldn't use anyone else in the future.

Fabulous! I called for help & the team was there within 2 hours. Carlos & James were exceptional, as advertised...indeed they were almost magical. I highly recommend!

Carlos and his crew arrived within ten minutes of the scheduled start and went to work loading immediately. Within three hours they had loaded household items, patio furniture, including a glass filled fire pit, and several large house plants.  Then they drove to Albuquerque where they unloaded and placed it all at the new location.  Through it all they were exceptionally careful to not do any damage to the items or houses.  Not a single thing was damaged or even scratched or scrapped.  The entire crew on both moves was always curious and polite, plus a lot of fun.  They were great and I would tell anyone to use them.

Carlos, Mathew, and Jiame were ALL exceptionally professional, hard working, and good humored.  We felt the service was quoted a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny.  The three worked non-stop from 9:00AM to 2:30 loading our own UHaul for our move to Indiana, as well as loading their own truck for delivery to a storage facility.  They never stopped working.  They were steady and careful.  No wasted time. Most importantly for us, they are delightful folks to work with.  Moving an entire house is nerve wracking and hard.  They made it easy.  True professionals.

Carlos called at the arrival time to inform us that they were filling the truck up and would be to our home shortly.  They arrived about 10 minutes later and began work immediately.  Within an hour and half they head all the items loaded and were ready to drive to Albuquerque.  Once there they began to unload the truck and place items in the areas we indicated.  They worked extremely fast and were very careful with each item.  I would recommend them highly. <br>

Carlos and his crew of two other movers were very friendly, polite and professional. All of our items were moved without damage and in a very efficient manner. Put succinctly, this was the best moving company experience I have ever had. I particularly was pleased with how friendly and eager to help they were with some last minute furniture rearrangements we needed. I would definitely hire them again. <br />

We were very pleased with the entire process. I left a message and they called back promptly to schedule the move. They had no problem moving the table up the stairs. Carlos and Luis were very professional and also friendly. It was a pleasant experience overall and we would definitely use them again. <br />

Super company.  This was arranged by text online.  After making the arrangements I wondered if I was insane to allow someone that I had no prior business with to move such high end items.  They were to pick up the items from the sellers shop and then deliver them to my home.  Everything arrived as they were in the showroom.  They had to put the desk together as it was solid maple and too heavy for two men to safely handle and the doors to the wardrobe had to be removed to protect them.  It has been two months since they delivered the items and everything works great.  Highly recommend Exceptional Movers.  Very professional movers that really care and go the extra to ensure items are not damaged. <br /> <br />

<p>The <strong><em>Exceptional Moving & More </em></strong>team did EVERYTHING for my move! </p> <p>The morning we were scheduled to begin we got one of the biggest snow storms of the year, but <strong><em>Exceptional</em></strong> didn't let the weather hamper them!</p> <p>They came in, packed everything up, delivered my 'treasures' to my designated charity, hauled away my 'trash', moved some of my belongings to my storage location and delivered what I wanted to my new residence. They had someone come in and clean my carpets, and did an excellent job helping me clean my old place. </p> <p>They unpacked what I needed, set up my furniture, electronics, and all the big and 'little' things I needed. </p> <p>They packed and unpacked with great care, protecting my furniture and all my belongings and were very efficient. </p> <p>This was BY FAR the EASIEST move I have ever had!! THEIR SERVICES WERE TRULY <strong><em>EXCEPTIONAL</em></strong>!!!!! :)</p>
