Richard (the owner) was very professional. He provided a variety of floor samples (types, styles & price points) He guided me to make an informed choice. The install crew was punctual and courteous. They kept me up to date on the status of the project and always left the area neat and tidy. I am very happy with the final product, Floors that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable.

It could not have been better. They showed up when they said the would, They did what they said they would and the installation is gorgeous. The new floors butt up to the old floor and it matches perfectly.
