Gee, but we wish we had seen these reviews before contacting Executive Window Services to clean our windows in March of 2018. We have nothing but regret ... We had used Executive Window Services several times over the past 5 years and had mostly been pleased ... until this year. We are so displeased with our most recent experience that we have submitted a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau; have written a formal letter of complaint to Shane, who we believe is the owner – (can’t really tell) - but apparently is uninvolved in the business now; and are currently in discussions with an attorney trying to determine the best remedy for our situation. Not only was the window cleaning services marginal, but the charges for the service were double what we had been charged by Executive Window services in previous years. What was most odd/disturbing about this visit is ... without saying a word to us … in the middle of having our windows cleaned by a "one man crew" (David) ... two other men showed up and started measuring our windows, supposedly because “David" said we "needed to have 3 windows replaced". It was totally news to us. We were stunned. However, being conscientious homeowners, we wanted to do the responsible thing. So, we put down a deposit. Later that evening, we were confronted with an unrelated unplanned expense that we realized would prevent us from making window replacement a priority … so we immediately contacted "David" to cancel our order. Bottom line, David, the current "foreman/workman" (not really sure of his role entirely) owes us money for a window replacement order we canceled within 18 hours of putting down the deposit. After we canceled, our order, he told us he would return our check to us - no problem. But, he didn't return it, he cashed it! He gave countless excuses as to how that happened when we called him on it; he apologized; and then he promised to refund our money. As of this date, we have NOT received our refund, we have NOT heard back from David - nor have we heard from Shane. Neither has responded to our many phone calls, text messages, emails ... and now, the Better Business Bureau complaint. The biggest disappointment and watch out for any potential customer is ... David comes across as very charming and presents himself as a "caring" professional. Don't believe it. We will never do business with Executive Window Services again. Be warned.

The work went well. Technician was courteous and completed the job as contracted. Professional, hardworking and timely.

Someone can out, quoted me a fee and asked for a 50% deposit and that they would be back the next day. I got a call after noon the next day which I was told they would come in the morning before noon but called said the windows was not ready yet but they would come the next day, no one called and all of there numbers have been disconnected.

While cleaning my exterior windows, they apparently created a crater in my shrub. Also, the window that was replaced leaked within a few months during a rain storm. They were willing to credit me for the destroyed shrub and came out to seal the leaking window. When I called this year to replace another window, the guy cancelled the day before our appointment. I tried twice more to reschedule the appointment to get an estimate, but I never got a call back. I have since then used another window company.

No confirmation calls before our appointment so I wasnt sure they would even show up. They did show up but 3 1/2 hours EARLY saying they were in the area and asked if they can go ahead and start working. The Rep for the company was extremely nice and professional so I agreed although I had to leave due to another appointment in an 1 1/2 hours. . I was hesitant to prepay and leave but thought this being a referred Angie's List company it would be ok. Before leaving - their pressure hose was not working and two of the 3 workers left for lunch per the 3rd remaining worker which delayed the work even more. I had hope to have time to stay till they were finished. Once I returned home the front of the house looked good but the back of the house had both gates wide open and the 5 sunscreens they took off my back windows laid about in the yard and not replaced. Looked like they left in a hurry!! The gutters were clean, the window cleaning was fair and the 1/2 of the pressure cleaned driveway looked great. Would have like ALL of the driveway pressure cleaned to match. There is more - when I gave my Discover card to pay them before I left we agreed the $99 Angie's List special was prepaid!! So the $103 for the window cleaning and $85 for one hour of pressure cleaning was due BUT they charged my card $292.00 instead of the $188 I expected. The Rep ran my card off his credit card app on his IPhone which did not give a total - only a place to sign and was not able to provide an invoice or receipt. I did get a text from Discover showing the over charge eventually. I called Joe M the manager the same day 4:00 pm to tell him of the above mentioned and had to leave a message. I ALSO text Joe M pictures of their work and text a message of their overcharges - asking for a response please. - no response. I called Joe M again the next day as well. NO response from Joe M or this company- 4 days now waiting. Now I'm having to contact Discover to dispute the charges. Very disappointing!

Nothing close to expected

They did not respond to calls or emails for over 2 months. Service was good once performed. Management kept trying to upsell me on additional services; however, since they were so careless with returning my calls, I didn't want them to do anything else at my home.

I let them know that I would not be home in the morning, so they were to come after 1:00 on the scheduled date. I received a voice mail at 11:30 saying they were at my house doing the gutters and windows, and to give them a call. I called back right away, but had to leave a voice mail in which I told them not to clean the windows until I arrived for a quote. I arrived home about 12:30 and they were done with the gutters and only had 3 windows left to clean. I was very pleased with the job they did, but let the owner know I was unhappy that they performed work before it was approved.

I was looking for a more local window washing company. I found Executive on Angie's List and called them based on their ratings. They did not disappoint. They were prompt, professional did a great job with my windows. The price was as expected and comparable to what I'd paid in the past.

Fantastic! If every company provided a product or service as these guys did it would be a much better experience and world. They have more than earned my loyalty!

They rescheduled several times after they couldn't keep original appointment. Windows look great. They did break an antique when their ladder fell inside the house. They didn't offer to compensate or replace it.

I not only want to say well, I want to emphasize REALLY well! To say that they were professional in every regard, and from each individual involved, would be a serious understatement. They've got a customer for life, no matter where I may live in the DFW area. When a company is that good you'd be a fool to not stick with them!

Work not performed, I bought a coupon for $50 to perform $100 of window repair. Service provider informed me that they charge a minimum of $250 just to come out to the house to do repair. No where in the coupon for it state that information when I purchased it. Very misleading. Very disappointing. I asked to speak to the owner who placed the coupon add on Angie's list and I have yet to receive a call back. Please avoid this company

Great Efficient and professional

A representative came to the house the morning of Aug 9th, looked at the job and wrote up an estimate, and collected a deposit. He scheduled the job the next week, but called me shortly after leaving and said a crew would be available later that afternoon, so I scheduled the visit for 2 p.m. Got a call from Jeremiah several minutes before 2p to let me know the truck had a flat and they were waiting on the interstate for a repair service, but could still make the appointment. He called back later to apologize because repairs could not be made at the scene so they would not be able to keep the appointment. I understood; the temperature was into the 3-digits that day. The next day I was rescheduled for the 19th at 9 a.m., and Jeremiah and Billy arrived on time and performed the job in about 45 minutes. The deal was $50 off the normal cost. Not being aware of the cost of glass or for this type service, I was surprised at the total, but cannot really say whether this was a fair price or not. The service was good, responsive, and the representatives were very polite.

They were great- responded quickly, easy to work with, were promptly on time and the price was reasonable. Their team was nice and incredibly quick getting it all done too! I couldn't believe how quick they were in and out!
