We loved working with Jim and Expeditor. This project was for a Church, and we had a limited budget but lots of enthusiastic volunteers. Jim worked very closely with us to coordinate what our volunteers could do so we could reduce our costs. Jim was VERY patient with us. The work he did was very good, both in quality of work and choice of materials such as cabinets and fixtures. We appreciate Jim's flexibility and would definitely use Expeditor again.

These guys squeezed us into their very busy schedule, knowing how stressed we were without locks on our door. Again, their attention to every detail shows in the finished project. We are so happy with our new entry door! These two men are truly wonderful craftsmen, and I'd highly recommend them to you for any project.

I was very impressed with the detail and craftsmanship on the finished product. These two men were very meticulous on every aspect of the installation. I knew I had the right guys! I was provided a detailed estimate on what the work would cost. He went over the breakdown of parts and labor, and when supplemental items were needed, they were added after a thorough explanation. The first countertop came in with damage from the freight company's shabby handling. When we discovered this, Jim was right on the phone with the vendor he had ordered it from. We had another top coming right away. We were all very annoyed! The second top arrived and had some markings on a small spot that looked like corrugated grooves made from the cardboard it was packaged in. He immediately contacted the vendor again. They suggested a quick solution for the problem and promised him a new top if it didn't work. It worked just fine and my cabinet is absolutely everything I wished for! I'm so very impressed with everything these men have done. Their attention to detail illustrated to me that I was working with true craftsman. They are both perfectionists! I would highly and happily recommend Expeditor LLC to everyone.

Great. Jim was timely and did what he said he was going to do

Jim does high quality work at a great price. In addition he is a fine man - the family got to know him very well as the work on the first job was done while we were living in the house. Needless to say, he was the first and only call to get the second batch of work done. He is very through and well organized. His excellent work is due to skill, planning and his vast experience in construction. He works very efficiently and discusses the various options and costs at the start and throughout the job. He's a great value and get things right and done on time.

Jim has been the lead carpenter on two large remodel projects on our home. He worked with our architects' plan and the terms in our historic permit to construct a wrap around covered porch, install redwood decking and custom railing, construct 4 tapered craftsman columns, frame and install a beautiful craftsman front door, frame and install 11 new double hung wood windows, frame and install a back door, and side the entire house in Hardieplank lap siding including the soffits. He also designed and built 4 custom corbels to fit under the roofline that accentuates the custom craftsman look of the exterior. In all, Jim has spent approximately 4 months working on our home and we can say without reservation that we have been 100% satisfied with every single detail of his work. We have had many other tradesmen working on our house since we bought it and some we have even had to fire, but Jim has been the most professional, responsive, and consistently excellent craftsman we have worked with in Boise. If you remodel, you know how hard it is to find someone who will actually call you back, show up on time, give you a fair bid in a reasonable time, and then deliver with excellence. Jim at Expiditor delivers! We won't call anybody else now to do our heavy or light remodeling work. We just hope he doesn't get too busy, because we have a bathroom that now needs his skills! :-)

It went very well. The deck is beautiful. I would hire them again in a minute.
