Absolutely terrible work and work ethic! Leonard Forbes claimed to have experience in doing a "mud job" and tile work. The concrete he placed was not level, so therefore the finished tiles, all of about 12 tiles, came our sunken and crooked. While cutting the tiles, he didn't seal the bathroom door or cut them outdoors. Therefore, my entire apartment was in a thick cloud of white tile dust and smoke. This dust covered my entire apartment which took me days to clean. Not to mention me inhaling this toxic dust. His work was so bad, I had to hire another vendor to tear out his work and do the entire job again. They said his workmanship was shoddy. I paid Expert Builders $600 which I was now out of pocket. And the new tile vendor approximately $1000. So, I asked Leonard Forbes to reimburse me for a small portion of $150 for his unprofessional job and he agreed to his. This job took place last summer in July of 2020. During the course of one year, he repeatedly said "the check was in the mail," but I have yet to receive anything and most likely never will. I rarely write bad reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I have had with home repairs. Submitted by A. Penza

Person came out and did the work. Still did great work and was fantastic at doing the job. Taken aback by price but we worked it out. No complaints.
