As stated above went very well.

Jeramie came over and gave me and estimate.  The estimate was great and he came over and finished the job in a timely manner.  He was very professional and knowledgeable about the different ways to fix the problem.  It was a great experience and I have already recommended a friend to use him.  If I ever need a company in the future do this type of work I would use them even if they cost more.

Jeramie (owner) and his team earned my trust as reliable professionals.  Completely recommend Jeramie to all.  I was debating between EFR and another competitor (large company which is on TV and Radio).  Cost was about same (little less with EFR) but it was not the cost that sold me, it was Jeramies interaction and honest communication.  while this had no impact on my decision, it may be worth mentioning- EFR was able to complete my job after about 2 weeks from contract signing while the other provider said it would be 6-8 weeks. Jeramie was able to complete my job in   The other provider attempted to upsell me on a unique pier they offer but according to engineers I contacted it would have no additional value that jeramie providers.  What I gained from the most part is that a pier is a pier. I had a two day job and Jeramie showed up each day to make sure I was happy and to explain the goal.  His team was incredibly professional in letting me know each step, where they were at and the next step.  Surprisingly they kept the property fully protected and when completed the team even returned my property to its full state prior to the job- very happy as I had a lot of work on my property over the last couple years (turf grass, flowers etc).  Jeramie even followed up one week later to ensure I was happy with the experience.  The true value in this entire process and why I highly recommend EFR is the entire additional experience one gains from using EFR: trust, dedication, care, and communication.
