Fantastic. Harry of ELC came to my house and assessed the damage and said he could fix it. He took a sample of the leather from an inconspicuous spot under the couch to match the color and in a couple of weeks, he returned to restore them. The color matched perfectly and the couch and chair look new! No one would ever know that the scratches were touched up. The whole process was pretty painless. Harry does the repair/recoloring on site, so you don't have to move the furniture out. It was ready for use within a day or so. Be aware that you do need some lead time because the color/stain needs to be matched and made specifically for your furniture, If you want your furniture fixed for a special occasion, be sure to contact them well in advance. Also, not all my leather was fixable. Some of our dining chairs were bonded leather, which could not be fixed, so keep that in mind. This was a great experience and I am so glad I called Harry and Expert Leather Care.

I left a message for Harry and he instructed me to forward a couple pictures of the chair for inspection. He told me due to the type of leather and the age of the stains, any cleaning to the chair would provide only minimal results. I appreciate the time he spent with me knowing that no service would be required.

Harry was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone after sending a couple photos. He was on time to the appointment and had 2 other workers with him. They did a wonderful job cleaning and conditioning the couches. We discussed some repairs due to cat scratches, but as we still have the cats, Harry was honest enough to suggest that we wait to do those repairs. <br />
