Explorer Roofing

Did an amazing job! Assisted us through the insurance claim process and provided quality work in a timely manner.

The greatest job and crew. Very professional and treated my property with care. Worked very hard in the worse summer heat. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors!!!

During hurricane Beryl our roof got damaged by a tree falling and ripping an old satellite off. We contacted Explorer Roofing for an estimate and was given it within a few days. Since our home insurance was playing catfish and didn’t want to cover damages caused by the hurricane we had to pay out of pocket and it took us a while to be able to pay for the whole new roof and they we’re extremely patient with us. When we were able to start replacing the roof the supplies were dropped off the evening before they were scheduled to start. Day of the crew showed up before 7 am got set up to take old roofing off, and was done putting new roofing on, cleaning up all the old roofing, and all nails off the ground before 1pm that same day. Very amazing job that their crew did in an extremely timely manner. Was expecting it to take two days as other people homes I’ve seen getting new roofs put on would take two full days, but their crew did it in less than half a day. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Prompt arrival, clean work, excellent work detail. Placed tarps around property to catch roof debris and cleaned property after completion. Found no nails or debris when done with job. Will always recommend to others. Owner very professional and communicates well about all aspects of job. Handled dealing with insurance very well. Overall extremely satisfied.

Wonderful. They arrived on time and completed the job plus cleanup in very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company.

Crew showed up at 6:30 am and completed a 2899 sq ft roof in one day. Great job!

Explorer Roofing is the best. The owner visited earlier in the week to devise a plan and recognize the challenges of working in my neighborhood. The crew was timely and got an early start. The preparation for the trash was installed before work started. A ground man was in place from the start. The inspection of the roof after shingle removal was completed and necessary modifications were handled immediately to keep progress uninterrupted. I was kept informed on progress throughout the day. By 5:00 PM the roof replacement was completed, cleanup done and crew offside. I highly recommend Explorer Roofing to anyone in need of a quality , safe and competitive company. Regards, A very satisfied customer.

I received many estimates for a roof replacement, Sammy was professional on time with the estimate, and definitely on time to do the roof replacement highly recommend him over anybody

They did a great job with our roof. Crew arrived at scheduled time. It was a big project, they finished the next day. We have a skylight and they made sure it was properly sealed. Easy to communicate with. Competitive price. Would use again in future

Explore roofing did an amazing job they showed up when scheduled and completed the job in one day with very little disruption to us the finalized product was excellent and have no problems with the roof since. The estimation inspection and review of the roof went really well and worked well with our insurance adjuster and completed all the tasks that the adjuster needed and made the process very smooth. I highly recommend this roofer. If we ever move and need a new roof we would definitely use them again.

Explorer Roofing crews were punctual and professional. They addressed issues with our roof as it was being replaced promptly. Our home is 30 years old and the roof needed updates which Explorer Roofing was prepared to address. We needed some decking replaced in a few spots and wanted to eliminate attic fans. Explorer Roofing helped us to update the roof’s ventilation with modern ridge vents. Explorer Roofing was very professional from start to finish. Sammy helped us with the application and required information to get our HOA approval and permits.

They were in and out in less than a day. They also installed a solar attic fan for me.
