Chad arrived within a day of our call to Expo Appliance to asses problems with our dishwasher and clothes washer. With his help, we determined it was worth considering a new dishwasher. He did a temporary fix on a belt for the clothes washer and ordered a new belt which he plans to install on Friday. Chad was prompt, an excellent communicator, and an experienced professional. In addition to the excellent service, I was delighted to see that Chad seemed to really enjoy his job and I would absolutely recommend Expo Appliance Service.

I have used Expo Appliance Service on two separate occasions. The first time was to repair a leak on my front load GE washing machine. The second time was to repair the non-functioning ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator. Fixed... and still working. Expo Appliance Repair is simply the BEST! Good luck finding anyone who is willing to work on Samsung refrigerators. I called Samsung direct and asked for a factory authorized repair facility to try and get my Samsung refrigerator repaired. Samsung informed me that they did not have an authorized repair facility within fifty miles of Chapin, SC. So, I took a chance and called Expo. They sent a technician within forty-eight hours to my house. The technician arrived on schedule. He was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator. He told me how much the repair would cost and he detailed for me the amount for the "Service Call", the cost of labor and the price for the necessary parts. He also gave me an estimated timeline as to when the part would arrive and when he could come back and complete the repair. The part arrived much sooner than expected and Expo called me to inform me that they could respond to my home much sooner than originally anticipated to perform the repair. My refrigerator is functioning like new again, thanks to Expo Appliance Service. The technician who responded to fix my GE washer and Samsung refrigerator is a gentleman named Josh. Josh is knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous. He was respectful of my property and the inside of my house. He texted me each time he responded to my house with a thirty-minute ETA, and he was ALWAYS on time. There were no surprises. The price I was quoted was the exact price that I was charged. Excellent service, fair pricing and fast turn-around time. Expo Appliance Service and Josh are absolutely the BEST! Thank you for your service.
